On my eighth trip to Vegas in four years, I was finally at the Mirage around the time for the volcano show. It's fun, it's good, it's not that impressive compared to some free shows. It's brief, and it's free. It's now one of those things I can file under "If I happen to be there around that time..."

Stood across the road in front on BW Casino Royale and was blown away by this man-made creation. Well worth a stop to view it.

Free and not to be missed...this regularly occurring spectacle is best viewed at night, when the flames and auditory sounds make for a very entertaining event. Best way I know to see a volcano eruption without having to travel to Hawaii, or Indonesia!

The Volcano is outside the Mirage Hotel and erupts regularly. Just pass at the right time, stop for a while and watch - simples!

I'm really glad we stopped for this, it was cool. The color of the lights on the water was so impressive, it really looked like lava. Plus it's awesome that it's free.

The regular eruptions from the volcano while sitting across the street at Casino Royal dinner place above the casino was quite the view. Relaxed at dinner and watched the show. Great experience.
