My daughter and I visited this Las Vegas attraction during the day. Little out of the way, we took a bus both ways, but enjoyed the view of the whole City and even we did not take any of the rides or jumped from the top, just watching other do it was thrilling.

Amazing views of Las Vegas and beyond. I went at night and having seen friends photo's from the day I would say go at night time! Or maybe dusk and have dinner there so you get the best of both! It does get a little chilly that high up so you might need to take a jacket! We went at... More

We visited the Stratosphere in October 2014, during the day. The view was incredible, like being in a space ship... watched the rides but didn't dare go on them, you'd have to be an adrenalin junkie but awesome to look at. Also had a very powerful cocktail at the bar, all in all thoroughly recommend this attraction.

We went up at 11am. The view is great. We were told out ticket was good all day, so we came back after our show. Night was just as wonderful. One person in our party rode a ride. He said it was great being up that high.

Visited Vegas 3 times so far and every time we stay we always seem to go to the top of the Stratosphere, being a person who is petrified of heights you would think I wouldn't bother, I have a very understanding partner who lets me take my time getting round up there (very slow shuffle/crawl) and as long as I... My husband and I got married in Vegas and decided to to take our family and friends on the stratosphere rides to celebrate. We went up after dark and the views of vegas are incredible. We went on all the rides I particularly enjoyed x-scream which looks as if it's going to shoot you off then end of the tower.... More

I've been to Vegas about 10 times and finally did the more touristy things on this trip. So if you have never been to the Stratosphere Tower Observation deck you owe it to yourself to get the best views of Las Vegas. If you're a thrill seeker they also have a fee thrill rides! They have both indoor and outdoor... More

Very high up. Great views to sit and enjoy a Bloody Mary and watch crazy people on the roller coaster going out from the top of the sphere.
