My boyfriend and I went to Las Vegas for a week holiday and it was just terrible for us to stay at the stratosphere. We thought we had gotten deal being on the strip for £260 for the week. However we quickly realised how wrong we were. The people inside the casino are very low-class. It made us feel so... More

Visited the Stratosphere when recently on holiday in Vegas.Went to the observation area on the 103rd floor which is also a café/bar area and where you access the rides on the top of the tower.Absolutely amazing view of the strip in Vegas. We went in the daytime where you had a fantastic view in all directions for miles.

Seasoned Las Vegas visitor I had never been here before. Actually stayed at the hotel to make sure I went here this time. Went at Night and during the day (FREE for hotel guests) Night time line was pretty long but very worth the wait. Fantastic views and great drinks at the bar on top. During the day shorter line... The statosphere is not in a nice area at all, but the building itself is great. The rides on the top were briliant. not sure I will forget hanging from a ride off the top of the building in a hurry.

We didn't stay at this hotel but we did take the time to go up to the tower. We rode the Xscream ride which was great fun and enjoyed watching all those daring souls bungee jump from the top.

We visited the Tower by having a drink at the bar around sunset and Happy Hour. The view is great watching as Las Vegas lights up. The drinks are expensive but half price during Happy Hour. When visiting the bar, the Observation Deck is included. Decent view, but a real tourist trap. One that I would never pay for.

I recommend visiting the tower, you can have great view and try one of the crazy games like the controlled free fall(you have to buy the tickets before getting up). Defiantly worthy of visit.
