Good for: Kids 1-14 Time to spend there: About 3 hours Pros: There's a snack room where you can bring your own items or even have a pizza delivered. Lots of hands on activitites for ALL ages. They changes some of the exhibits to keep it fresh, but then also have some of the same old favorites...like the human bubble... More

A taxi from Mandalay Bay to the museum via fwy was $28. The admission price is fair for what you get. The entrance to the museum is about 25ft beyond the entrance to the library as you enter from streets. I've taken my son to museums in many parts of the USA and this one was interesting. There were exhibits... More

This was excellent place to spend 4 hours with my kids to get away from the "Vegas" side of Vegas. It is air conditioned so gave us a break from the heat. My daughter is three and loved it there More

We have been here before on a number of occasions, since our last visit it has been renovated and it is much much better. The displays and interactive aspects are so much more engaging. My 4 year old had a great time here, there was so much to explore. I know that when we return to Vegas this will once... More

The Lied Children's Museum is an excellent and often overlooked attraction in Vegas. We visited with out 6-year-old son, and it was a highlight for him and us on our recent week-long vacation. With its adult-oriented tourism and mediocre public schools, Las Vegas doesn't deserve a children's museum this good, as it's one of the best, in terms of interactive... More

Use 95 south to Las Vegas Blvd to access this, it's in a VERY sketchy part of town. We used the Google Maps recommendation of the I-15 D Street exit and ended up passing menacing homeless people. Kids had a lot of fun. Get the group rate if you can, you'll save a lot. Save this for the afternoon, when... More

I have two small kids, 1st grade & preschool. I usually hate kid's museums but this was great! We spent 5 hours there. The kids loved almost every part of it., the hurricane booth scared them and hurt my ears but i guess it is better than getting my house destroyed in the real thing. They had real science experiments... More
