Unfortunately a little dated and old fashioned compared to the other strip casinos - it had clearly had attempts to clean it up but we did notice a rather strange smell whilst there and it wasn't that pleasant an atmosphere - 1 visit was quite enough Im afraid lagging behind the other casinos on teh strip by some way.

Fantastic place, newly remodeled, and fun environment. Claudia the manager took such good care of us! She is one of the main reason we will be returning. Fun staff that make your vacation more enjoyable.

rooms and pools were lovely. the hotel is well organised with casino area separate from the restaurants and bar area. felt that I didn't notice people smoking as much in the casino as other hotels.

Tropicana sadly isn't very nice. The casino floor was dirty and smelled. I saw puke in a few places. I wish that they could update it or make it look and smell a little better. Definitely needs some updating considering its next to a lot of really nice casinos.

The Tropicana is way overdue for an update. It smells like cigars and farts. I will not return to this casino again. EVER.

We loved our visit to the tropicana. Amazing and helpful staff at each encounter! Eager to Show directions instead of tell us how to get there. 1 suggestion: fridge in the room would be nice. 1 negative: the health club. 3 treadmills That didn't work and no signs on them for 3 days in a row. No towels For morning... More

Playing Pai Gow at the Tropicana has always been something my wife and I have enjoyed because they have $10 tables. That all changed with one bad experience from a dealer. My wife decided to sit out a hand or two, and Kathy, the dealer, decided to look at her cards and tell everyone what a mistake she had made.... More

The Tropicana Hotel on the Strip was just one of the incredible hotels on the Titan Tours itinery. On entering this incredable hotel the reception desk and the rooms were via the slot machine area. To say you needed a map to find your way through the slot machines is an understatement, it was just mindblowing. Everything about this hotel... More

For some reason, when they redesigned this casino floor the owners thought that a brightly lit, sparkling white finish would be attractive, instead it feels like being in a lab. Which might explain why the floor was still mostly empty, despite us being there on July 3rd. The staff don't exactly help warm the atmosphere either, at an almost empty... More

The floor staff were not very friendly or happy. No smiles. counter assistance and dealers were friendly when approached. the visit was won in a contest. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
