This was the first Las Vegas casino that I went to and it had a great old 1960's vibe. There was lots of action at the craps tables and the dealers at the blackjack tables (my favorite game) were very professional and courteous. I will definitely go back to the Tropicana.

Husband and I ventured on a very long walk and decided to test our luck at the Tropicana casino. We really wanted a players card as we planned in using it - but it was almost 2am and the players club closed at midnight. I just happened to see a worker and asked if it was possible to signup. She... More

We stayed at the The Doubletree Tropicana Hotel & Casino 3 days in March 2015. It is a good value is awesome for Hilton Honors members. Great breakfast options for Gold & Diamond members that would easily cost $40 for a family of 4. Pool is great but bathroom is quite a walk. Casino is average but we are not... More

Spent all of my time in this casino at the sports book for March Madness. Never got too crowded, but there aren't many general admission seats. Like the staff there and the lines were never more than 30 minutes.

Better and less crowded than the big casino's, and a lot less smoky and more "class" than the big gaming floors, still did my money but that's all part of the fun of course. Very helpful show booking service and the lady there was so helpful. Brighter and more modern feel to the place

We stayed in the Hampton Inn Tropicanna for a weekend conference. The conference had lots of downtime, so we took advantage of the shuttle which the hotel runs hourly to the strip and airport. The shuttle dropped off at the Tropicanna Hotel which is across the street from MGM where we caught the monorail to travel to other parts of... More

I stayed at this location for 4 nights and found the casino to be the perfect size. I figured out which machines I liked and could easily navigate to them. The casino was clean, but I left that drink service was very slow for the size.

My wife and I stayed at the Tropicana for a week in February. The casino was a bit smaller compared to the other hotels on the strip. They had everything but in a smaller scale. It was nice and clean and everyone was very helpful. My only complain was that the waitress on the floor were not existent. They also... More

I played the Black Jack $10 table and penny slot machines. On the slots I broke about even. I had a few decent hits. They had a nice selection of machines. I did not see much for casino staff walking around on the floor. The dealer at the Black Jack table was friendly. Luck was not on my side so... More

I wasn't staying here but came to see a show. They were advertising a $200 players club promotion. Went to the players club desk to find out how it worked. The woman at the desk told me I would get my first $200 in losses back in the first 24 hours. So I gamble away for a while betting higher... More
