Even though the weather during our cruise wasn't optimal, (cold, rainy with occasional snow), the staff ensured the trip was fun for all. Ours was a lunch cruise with sandwich makings, chips and salsa, salad, and more. The food was made available once we were under way - and so were the drinks. Our boat wasn't full, so there was... We were disappointed in our Heavenly experience, so thankfully, this left us on a high note in Tahoe. The cruise is pretty fairly priced and does include a deli-type of lunch and 2 beverages on board (soda, hot cocoa, etc). The tour goes across the water and over to Emerald Bay, viewing Vikingsholm, the tea "point" in the Bay, and... More

When I am told it is a buffet in a casino town I expect crab, shrimp, and prime rib not build your own Subways. Was sold the trip on the premise that the primary activity was eating a "delicious buffet lunch." Gross misrepresentation of reality. Had I known it was cold cuts I would not have been so mad NOR... PROS: Nice view, excellent scenery, smooth ride, get to see both Nevada and California side of Lake Tahoe. CONS: Crew members have such horrible service. When you first enter they have you take a photo with their camera. (Of course it's for purchase after) But when we asked Nicohl, the photographer, if she could take one with our own camera... More

We booked directly from Blue Wave Cruises, not another site as it was only $60 pp directly. Our hotel shuttled us to the marina. The boat staff was friendly. I think they booked too many people because some had to stand on the front and it was cold. The buffet consisted of pre-made veggie, deli meats, and cheese trays likely... More

Justin, Melissa and Rocky made our voyage across the late to Emerald Cove totally enjoyable. They tended bar and fed us, entertained us, and even made fun with the rug rats running around. This is a worthwhile afternoon adventure!

They cram 49 passengers on this thing. My wife and I got on and walked through the levels of this small shabby boat and directly off again. The seating was mostly cramped little plastic lawn chairs shoved against the walls and each other. You must get to know the person next to you intimately in two hours. The tour included... More

When you are the only boat cruise running in beautiful Lake Tahoe I guess you don't really have to perform. Due to a dry eu get the other bust companies can get on the Lake so these guys are the only ones. First the positive. Nice boat. 70' yacht. Small and cozy. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking around the lake... More

Cruise on a 70' yacht from Zephyr Cove to Emerald Bay & back...2 hours round-trip. We took the afternoon cruise that included "light" appetizers (cheese & crackers, carrots/broccoli/cherry tomatoes with ranch dressing, spring salad in a "help yourself" setting, fyi). There is a bar on board, 2 drinks per person (alcohol or non-alcohol) are included in the price. Staff is... More

For those of you who would like to do a lake cruise in a little more stylish craft than the two large paddle-wheelers operating on the lake, this may be your preferred option. It is a 1966 classic 70' yacht, complete with teak decks and a Persian carpet in an enclosed fantail (fireplace included). The literature says it can hold... More
