We took the sunset cruise 3 1/2 hours, much too long. A band played for our enjoyment, they were ok. The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly but the food was average at best. If you want to do this activity, I would suggest on of the 2 hour cruises. This cruise was too long and over priced . more

I took a cruise on the Dixie paddlewheeler on September 26, 2005. The boat takes off at Zephyr Cove. Parking fee at the cove is $8. You may want to park somewhere else and walk for a few minutes. I took the 2 hour Emerald Bay sightseeing cruise. It costs $29/person. During the cruise, they play a voice recording about... more

If you take this cruise take the cruise only, the dinner of salmon served to my party was horribly overcooked, vegetables were not seasoned. Definately not worth $40 Perhaps other menu items are better. The dessert of cheesecake was very good. The enclosed dining room atmosphere was very very warm and uncomfortable.
