I've been playing this course since the 70's, and while it kicks my butt more often than not I'm always eager for the next round. Picturesque with a good layout and challenging par 3's. As a resident it is probably the best value for golf in the Sierras. The remodel they did 8-10 years ago made it even better. If... More

The course is beautiful and challenging. However, there are some issues. 1.) If you book early (2 weeks in adv), you are charged a $15 booking fee that is NOT credited toward your green fees - this is ridiculous. 2.) Range is mats. Never in my life have a played a $179/rd golf course and been forced to hit off... More

The views of the lake on a few of the holes are spectacular but its also far enough away from the lake and traffic to feel like you're in a remote part of the forest. Giant trees make the course both beautiful as well as tough and tricky to play.

Very enjoyable and challenging course with elevation changes and some bends. Definitely recommend playing there, some fairways appear narrow, great friendly staff, only complaint is the pine needles dropping on the putting greens.

I have played this course a couple of times. The greens and fairways are in great shape. The staff are friendly and helpful. The twilight rate is excellent.

Play at twilight for a great deal! The par three holes are more challenging than you'd expect and the ball seems to go forever in the altitude.

I agree WHEN I hit the ball right it does seem to go forever. While you are in Incline be sure to check out the Mountain Course too. Fairways and Greens More

One of the first and still among the best! And if you are a resident or a guest of a resident, it's a bargain! Try especially their late afternoon specials - $2.00 a hole!

Thank you for your review. We have to agree with you, our course is in beautiful shape. The Super Twilight rate after 4:30 is $1.50/hole for residents plus a $15 cart fee or $3.00/hole for non residents plus a $25 cart fee. Thanks for playing with us! More

Beautiful course, not as hard as I thought it would be, even though I had less than a stellar round. Twilight rate is of course the better deal. Course was in great shape, club house staff were helpful and friendly. Before you tee off, the starter gives you a great run down on the course and cart rules. I do... More

SweetpeaTruckee, Arn't we so lucky to live in this beautiful country with wonderful golf courses. Now if we could get the weather gods to give us a little more snow. It would help our courses for next year. Thank you for the nice review, Cathy More

too bad the season is so short. Great greens. They have done some work to change the greens so they are great for both high handicappers and low handicappers.

Tahoekat, If we could figure out how to make the season longer, we would. Well, other than global warming... Glad the greens were good to you. We have wonderful superintendents at both of our course. Won't be long and we will be out there again. Thanks for the review, Cathy More
