WOW! While I did not ski at Diamond Peak, my 5 year old had a lesson here while I watched and it is a FABULOUS place for a learning skier. Thanks for sharing your photos and your experience. Next year's Dummy Downhill should be bigger and better! We're also renovating our base lodge, so we'll have a whole new look next year. Isn't O God the best run ever?

I live in Tahoe and am always glad to recommend Diamond Peak to visitors and locals alike. It's not the place for extreme terrain, but if the sun is shining, the lake views are fabulous and the resort has one of the fastest, longest lifts in Tahoe, allowing you to get tons of vert on wonderfully groomed cruisers.
