This is one of my favorite places to ski because it doesn't get as crowded as the big resorts. Its in incline village, which is the highest point on the mountain. As you can imagine the views on the lifts are to die for. Seeing the lake as you ski the slopes is an experience that is well worth the... More

Although its not the biggest resort round the lake, it is for sure one of the nicest. It doesn't get very busy so no waiting around, there is enough runs to cover over a day and there is a range of runs for all ski/board types. The best part is the view of the spectacular lake. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and... More

Great ski place. Had a blast. January 2010. Incline Village was great. Didn't go skiing anywhere else. They had all we needed.

I am a local so I am biased, but DP has a stellar combo of great views and decent skiing. The Lakeview lift is sadly slow, but the Crystal Express high speed quad is a great lift that serves several great runs. You can ski or ride 50,000 vertical feet on this lift in one day if you have the... More

We think that Diamond Peak is Tahoe's best value too. It sounds like you caught us when the wind was blowing the wrong way...hopefully Mother Nature will give us more powder and less wind next season! Thanks for writing a review and sharing a photo of our great lake view from the top of Crystal. Kayla Anderson Marketing Manager Diamond... More

This place has great views of the lake, good food, decent prices on drinks and a lot more terrain than you'd think. The best part of this resort is the lack of crowds that you'll see in SouthLake

I'd had a bad day a couple of days earlier at Squaw with half the lifts to the green/easier blue runs closed for $107!! I only ski at the most one holiday per year so my confidence wanes easily! This place was great fun - lifts a little slow is my only criticism - with decent blue runs dotted about.... More

We think that Diamond Peak is a little piece of heaven too. I'm glad you found some great value here compared to Squaw's $107 lift tickets. Thanks for sharing your review! Kayla Anderson Marketing Manager Diamond Peak More

Have been skiing at Diamond Peak since Christmas. Sad to be on my way home. I enjoyed every day there. The shuttle services make it very easy to access the resort, from the parking lots or from my condo.

Diamond Peak is an amazing family ski area. Besides the awesome views, I found the overall experience was great because of the helpful, kind staff. My family was all smiles skiing in the Tahoe Sunshine.

I feel bad giving a negative rating, but I think it is important to voice my experience here. We went during President's day weekend for our second trip to Diamond Peak this season. My kids have been taking lessons here during our first visit in Dec holidays and again over President's day weekend. On our last visit, both my kids... More

Hello, We’re sorry for the experience you had at Diamond Peak. We do have a higher volume of traffic during holiday periods and luckily we have a ski resort where all runs filter down to the base area, so there is a possibility of getting separated, but not actually lost. I’m glad to hear that your kids made it back... More

This was our first visit to Diamond Peak. They don't have much parking so most visitors have to park down the hill and wait for their shuttle to get to the resort (and back). Part of our group were beginners only and there was only one beginner's run which included a couple of intermediate (blue) runs in the middle. Lack... More

Hello, It sounds like you caught us at a busy time when our main parking lot was full. To avoid this we suggest arriving early to get a good spot or take advantage of our preferred parking. Our terrain breakdown is 18% beginner, 46% intermediate and 36% advanced. Since the Snowflake Lodge food and drink service is provided by a... More
