For the money, this has got to be among the better courses in the Vegas area. The twilight rates, especially, were dirt cheap. Course was in good shape, and has mature trees. This apparently used to host a regular PGA event back in the day. Hole #9 is the signature hole with a beautiful but nasty approach shot to the... More

Played this course in March 2012. It was in decent shape and was a good value. More

Even us mere golf mortals can enjoy the fun of golf without being fed to the lions. Nothing fancy, just a nice public course that will let us hackers play along with the real golf folks. Everyone is patient as long as you know the basis of the game and use golf etiquette. I aspire to play Shadow Creek but... More

A mature and short course with twists and turns. A few holes that make the vary good golfer struggle. Well maintained EXCEPT there are very limited yardage markers. Always a 150 yard pole in the fairway, nothing on sprinkler heads. Must look to the sidewalk, walk parallel and then walk off yardage. A good price for the course, just take... More

I played this course because I had a 'groupon' and wanted to try a course in Henderson for a change. The staff was very polite and friendly, however, neglected to inform me when I called ahead that day to schedule my outings that there would be a 5-15 minute wait per hole due to the amount of people playing. I... More

I' ve played here for 3 years course improves each time. City is doing a great job Played yesterday and was provided a free lunch (Pro said lunch included all summer long. great burgers) Front 9 is sporty 9th hole a tiger. Back 9 some long tough holes but fair and you don't feel like you're playing down a street,... More

What a great experience! Came to Las Vegas for a vacation last month and had the pleasure of golfing around town. We played a few courses that were ok but a little over priced for what they offer. We played Wildhorse last and my only regret was that we didn't play it first... we would have gone back and played... More

Paid 108 dollars, locals pay 38. You should know this is a municipal course run by the city of Henderson. People are nice, but if you are from out of town you are being ripped off. The course is not in great shape. Fairways have many dry patches with the desert sand peeking up through in many places. Sand traps... More

OK, this course is absolutely awful. Firstly, if you have a handicap under 45, you will have to play from the back tees, which is no fun. The tee boxes aren't marked in any way. So it takes you at least 30 seconds to find it. And then you just put your tee anywhere you want because there are no... More

I just played Wildhorse on July 5th, 2008. First of all this course is really close to the Las Vegas Strip about 10-15 minutes away just off Warm Springs & Green Valley Ranch Rd. The bag drop was really cool. The staff was excellent - good service. However I think paying non-resident green fees is a little on the expensive... More
