When I want to see live music on the North Shore, this is pretty much the only option. There are some great bands who come through here, and there is often free ones in the Red Room.

I don't know what I did in a previous life, but it must have been bad. We arrived a little early, and they wouldn't even check to see if a room might be ready, "come back at 3." we were given a room downstairs, outside, where we walked down a narrow cement hallway. There wasn't a single window in what... More

It has all the typical casino items. There is a stage for music, 2 eateries, and it is not very crowded. The bistro is inexpensive with excellent fare. For those in Tahoe but not wanting to drive to Stateline or Reno, it is an interesting place to pop in to.

Nice music venue in Crystal Bay. The show we went to was sold out, and the crowd was front to back. No seating for bigger shows, but there are booths available on other nights. Many nights the music is free and bands are pretty good. After the show we went to see there was another band starting in the lounge... More

This small casino in a very friendly small town in north Lake Tahoe has a great staff is clean and has reasonable minimums. Best of all there is a small restaurant in the back that has a $3.33 breakfast. Seems like all the locals eat there and actually talk to you. Good time there.

. Excellent show. The security guards were very efficient. A gentleman became ill during the show & they were right on top of things. All of the staff we encountered were very cordial.

This casino pure and simply the only place to gamble on north shore. The Biltmore is old, rude & empty of people. The Nugget only has slots. The Cal-Neva doesn't even have a casino. This place will usually have some bands playing too, which neither of the aforementioned will even bother trying to host. Though I will admit that their... More

Beautiful giant crystals & amethyst geodes throughout the casino areas. Great bronze or brass holders for many of them too. Fully decorated for Halloween!

The Crystal Bay Club books a LOT of very good live music, often free and always very reasonable. The casino is a little tattered around the edges, but it's more than worth it for the music. The Crown Room, the main music venue, is smoke free. Usually a very mixed crowd.
