Sunridge Golf Course in Carson City Nevada is a great little course. The front has a few holes which wind through the community but the back 9 is elevated and quite a treat. Even more of a treat are the great rates for 18. It's a short 30 minute ride from South Lake Tahoe and worth it.

This was a fun course. Lots of water and demands a good short game. Accuracy is rewarded. Use the free course guide to navigate blind shots. Greens ran fast In late August. The sand traps were a bit rocky...my advice is not to get in any! I shot my best round ever here, so of course I loved the course!... More

Great Round. I thought it was difficult. Look on golf now my round was $21 at 2pm. One thing I thought was strange for desert course is there was no water for golfers to drink while playing.

The layout of this course can only be described as funky. There are big elevation changes and many holes are interesting but this course needs plenty of TLC it looked as if it needed $$ investing but I did hear rumours that the course has new owners so hopefully it will improve.

Played this place last week and also a year ago. We had the same complaints about surly employees. My husband got a hole in one (his first! Maybe only...who knows?) with only a grunt as a response from the old guy working in the pro shop. This time it was very different - everyone super-friendly, even though no one had... More

Didn't bring my clubs and those they rented were really bad clubs. Over all for this time of year was in pretty good shape. Staff were cordial.

It's a very difficult course and not as well maintained as it should be...that being said, we had fun. It's not only challenging, it's downright impossible on some of the holes! You have to brace yourself on the side of a hill to make a shot you can't possibly see. Nice little golf shop and lunch room with beer and... More

We played this course on an absolutely beautiful day. The course was in great shape, not crowded at all. The people in the pro shop were friendly and helpful. No wind on this day, couldn't have been better. Some very challenging holes, bring your best game.
