One of my favorite Nebraska state Historical Parks. I can spend two or three hours there every time I visit. Great western history. More

This is an interesting place, if you're in the area you should stop and take the tour. A lovely house filled with displays and information about Cody. More

How cool to see the actual ranch house and barn that was Buffalo Bills. Everything is so beautifully preserved. The staff are helpful and friendly. What a fun way to teach children about our history. More

Love him or hate him. This was one of his favorite places to be. He had another smaller hunting lodge near Cozad. Not known to many. More

Buffalo Bill's ranch in North Platte, Nebraska is a must see if you like the old west. We were given a small introduction to the house and grounds by a very nice lady. After a brief talk she told us it was a self-guided tour of house and grounds. There was a lot of his Wild West show things to... More

It was a truly historic site, yet the guide at the house told us nothing. We had to read all the signs and plaques. More

Unfornately it was closed when I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoom. They close at 4 PM. I was able to park and take a quick look around the grounds. It's $4 to enter the house and a large barn which I assume has Buffalo Bill memorabilia in them. It's a large place and I would imagine it might take... More

Your Nebraska State Parks Pass will get you in to see this piece of history north of town. They'll sell you one there for $4.00 if you need one! An unexpected bonus to buying the parks pass for us a few months ago! Volunteers are on-site to answer questions if you have them, but the house, outbuildings and barn are... More

Being a Buffalo Bill fan from my childhood, I was delighted to get to visit his home and ranch. There's a really good tour of the house and grounds, including the barn. The home is well-preserved. There are original posters of the Wild West show and a lot of other memorabilia on display, and a lot of historical information, but... More
