Christmas adventure with friends

Very impressive operation. Would be more interesting in the warm spring, summer and fall. Great walking trails with interesting facts along the trail.

There are many more attractions than the last time I was here as a kid. That made the trip even more fun. I learned a lot about trees in Nebraska, as well as about the farm and apples. The trail was a few miles long and quite a wonderful view. And the game of finding hidden birds and a squirrel... More

Arbor Day Farm is the centerpiece for the Arbor Day Foundation, which encourages tree planting around the world. Lied Lodge has just been renovated and is a wonderful place for family reunions. We just spent three luxurious days and two nights there. All profits go to the work of the foundation--so go ahead, pamper yourself.

Arbor Day Farm is educational and informative. A great place to take kids. They have an area for the kids to enjoy the experience as well. They also have a small cafe with apple products to order. A video showing the process of how they process the apples.

We spent the morning at the farm, walking through the trail, climbing the treehouses, etc. They had tree climbing that day, which we all had to try out. It was really fun. It was nice to get my niece and nephew to unplug and enjoy nature for a while. They are 14 and 10 and had a blast.

We visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon in October. The Fall decorations were eye-catching and the self guided tour of the main educational building and grounds was worth the admission price. The story about how the Farm was founded and how it has been maintained by the Morton family was quite interesting. Many people seemed to enjoy the large... More

First of all, the entrance fee is a little much to see the tree house. Don't get me wrong, its OK, but nothing spectacular. The shops were typical tourist in nature, but the wine tasting was awesome!

We were disappointed at the age of the facility, although they were in the process of doing some maintenance. We enjoyed the walks, but the dinner on premises did not excite.

This was a very beautiful and clean place. There were many activities for the kids to do. We especially liked the 30 minute trail to South Table Creek with the "Three Bear's" chairs being our favorite place. We had lunch at the Pie Cafe and it was delicious. It was nice to receive a tree to take home and plant.... More
