Wonderful production of Macbeth from New York. Will go to these offering again soon. The opera was complete with subtitles which helps me greatly as I am a novice where opera is concerned. For what we saw, it was very reasonably priced, too.

Give it a try. Fantastic assortment of films to see. Something for everyone. Very comfortable theatre and fun location on campus of UNL. A gem for the City of Lincoln and our guests.

Always a great time with unique movies -- we're lucky to have this theater in town. Always a great experience, and, unfortunately, no crowds to fight so you're in and out easily unlike the Grand down the street.

A fun place to experience not as popular films. There's no discounts on popcorn or sodas. University students get a discount with their IDs. There's always something interesting playing here.

As always, The Ross did not disappoint in their latest offering. The scenery, the actors (lots of Big Name surprises), the costumes, the colors all were splendid. And the story was quirky & interesting as well. We'd recommend it.

I love the venue small theater reasonable price for popcorn and drinks and some really neat movies. You need to be a bit adventurous or really have a passion for independent and foreign films but some are very good and you wonder why the main theaters never picked them up.

The Ross is the only place that will show non-mainstream, non-blockbuster, independent and foreign films in Lincoln. If you are in the city and want to see a movie it's likely that a good film is shown here.

The Mary Riepma Ross Theatre shows films that are not shown in the main stream theaters, films that would otherwise not be available to the citizens of Lincoln made by independent film makers. The Director, Danny Lee Ladely, has a knack for picking films that receive Oscar nominations and oftentimes are awarded Oscars before anyone knows anything about the film!

My husband and I often go to the Ross Theatre to see movies which aren't typically advertised heavily and watched by public majority BUT are typically quality films. They also have a senior rate. This theatre is located on UNL campus in the same area as The Lied Center.

Some of the best movies in Lincoln play here. If you are tired of teh same-oh-same-of of commercial theaters, this is the place to go. No B movies, just super excellent, interesting, very-well curated film! Small but clean, modern theaters, and yes, they even have popcorn!
