This zoo is the perfect size for small kids or infants. Kids can run around yet complete the park in a couple of hours, which was perfect for kids who need daytime naps. There is plenty of shade on the walk paths and a lot of interactive activities. I would not recommend this zoo for older kids. More

This is definitely a children's zoo-it is pretty small and the activites and what not are all based on little kids, so as long as this is what you expected you will have a great time-there are a lot of animals, not too many people, the zoo is small enough the kids can run around a little etc... Keep this... More

I used to think this zoo was awesome when I was little until I grew up and started going to Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo then the Lincoln Zoo isn't even worth it anymore. The price is too high considering what they have or what they don't have. There are very few animals. Don't waste ur time or money. Do make... More

Although substantially smaller in size than the Omaha Zoo, the Lincoln Zoo offers a quaint atmosphere, with a young-aged staff who is friendly and offers activities to kids. There are lot of places everywhere to sit, which is not something I can always say for the Omaha Zoo after I've been tiredly walking around for hours. There aren't as many... More

I proudly took my granddaughter to the Lincoln Children's Zoo when she was visiting us last summer; she lives in NYC close to Central Park. After visiting the Children's Zoo there, I knew ours would stand out! More

This is a great zoo for kids. The zoo has recently gone through renovations and it shines. They have a cafe for lunch or snacks and wrap up your visit with a train ride. More

This is a great smaller zoo, very easy to navigate but with a huge variety of animals and plants. Very well managed, great family experience, well-trained staff offer kids hands-on experience. Be sure to ride the train! More

It is a nice little zoo. Much smaller than the Omaha zoo but still worth it. More
