We stayed on the golf course for almost a week and had a great time. The course is walking distance from the hotel. We had a large group that broke into four smaller groups for our round. Everyone was helpful, friendly and didn't mind that on the last couple holes we were basically all together, relaxed atmosphere. We had ordered... More

The burgers, onion rings and fish and chips are are good and you can opt for escargot at the casual bar side of this golf hangout. Or opt for formal dining in the quieter restaurant with fireplace and western ambience. The steaks, prime rib, fish and shrimp scampi are all very good. Servers are friendly and they pour a good... We golfed there the first week of October. 3 temporary greens, but course was in good shape. We always enjoy our time there. Good lunch in the clubhouse after the round

Lucked out and they had a cancellation. Really, really good food and reasonably priced wine. Great service.

I can't attest tot he golf course as I have only visited Whitefish in the winter. However, the restaurant at the course is outstanding. The atmosphere of the log style building sets the mood for a cozy dinner. There is a huge fireplace that only adds to the ambiance and on a cold winter night, the tables near this feature... More

As a rule, I always play Whitefish when I am out here. Today I was totally disappointed. After being charged $69 in green fees, we found that the greens had been recently sanded and in below average shape. The fairways and rough has not been cut; the sandtraps have not been groomed and were full of footprints, both human and... More

Whitefish Lake Golf Course has 36 holes all in one spot - a rarity for Montana. The South course is a bit prettier with a lake (not Whitefish Lake) bordering 3 holes. They did seem to run out of space when the built the course, and it has a weird layout (2 par 3s in a row on the back... More

Played both the North & South courses. North is under significant repair. Tons of play on both. South is the preferred course and is much prettier. Very nice track....North will be nice next year!
