This is a beautiful course with a rich history. Built as a 9-hole golf course/ball field/airstrip about 80 years ago, it has evolved into a beautiful 18-hole course with an accommodating pro shop, inside/patio bar/grill, and fine dining facility. The cost is quite reasonable. If you're a golfer, don't miss this.

We have been here for burgers and it was great but we always come for a family dinner and it is consistantly great. My daughter is in love with the truffle mac & cheese, we love the smoked trout appetizer and every main meal I have tried has been great! Good service, nice atmosphere and best of all- if you... This place is beyond overrated. We played end of June 2015 and the greens were in horrible shape, often we were putting through sand. Also groundskeepers were loud and on course throughout the day, as we played 36 holes both North and South courses. North course Marshall seemed to have found his calling and dream job of being ridiculously rude... More

The North Course is truly beautiful with old-growth trees. While challenging, this course is still comfortable to play. The outdoor restaurant/bar is a great place to visit after the game: service was excellent.

Were wonderful mountain golf but not in the best condition this trip. Greens were in bad shape.....too much snow mold for June. May be our last time to play there. But having lunch on the deck and the view of the lake from the North Course is memorable.

With high temperatures in the 80s during July, it is a true retreat for Texans. The beauty, lush fairways and friendly staff made our stay and play awesome! You will never regret a week (or 2 or 3) in Whitefish, MT. After your round there are many excellent restaurants to choose from for drinks and meals.

Golf was okay. There was a lot of winter kill though and not very good signage. Not very organized. The driving range is literally on the side of the road and there is road construction going on.

We like to golf but only get out a few times a year and haven't golfed since last year. We are "bogey" golfers typically. This course was the perfect blend of some challenging holes but you won't get in too much trouble if you are off of the fairway most times. Not terribly long, and very scenic. However there are... Two courses of fun and after golf super food and drinks on the deck or inside in the delightful restaurant. Nearby road construction is almost complete.

The North course is the oldest of the 2 and still offers a challenge around all 18 holes. My favorite is the South course and offers beautiful scenery all around. Courses are always in great shape and the spring is the best time for deals in Whitefish and Kalispell. Food in club house is outstanding.
