Small, but very nice, loads of info/history on the park. Good short movie/video available that was worth watching. Restrooms clean and spacious. More

This museum is located in the old Union Pacific depot. And while they describe the UP's role in establishing the town and what railroads have done for the park, they totally miss out on th history of the other railroads impact on the region. The biggest exhibit though was on air transportation into the town. More

Learning history about the places you visit can always be interesting and Museum of the Yellowstone does a nice job doing so. This would be an excellent museum for older folks that perhaps had visited Yellowstone when they were younger. The museum if full of Yellowstone memorabilia from restaurants and lodges.
