Great place for families to go and be entertained. Talented cast and wholesome shows. The only negative is the sound system needs to be upgraded. During some shows it was more noticeable than others.

This is a must see in West Yellowstone. Absolutely. Yes, tickets are pricey when buying them for the whole family (when you've got a big family like we do), but we love going almost every summer. The Playmill performs plays the entire family will love. We saw "Fiddler on the Roof" and completely enjoyed it. The character who played Tevye... More

This theater experience is one the whole family will love. These performers are professional but bring the audience into the whole performance. I have been to Broadway many times, and this is just as good if not better.

I've been going to the Playmill since I was a kid. This family owned and run business boasts talent, fun, and local flare. The playmill draws theatre types from the local universities, providing summer employment for some really talented kids. Although the ticket prices are getting up there, its still well worth the pay. For a good evening of fun... More

West Yellowstone is a tourist town. They cater to visitors to Yellowstone National Park. We were there in August of 2013 and went to see "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers". The actors in the show were fantastic. They brought tremendous energy to the stage, and had a lot of talent. They made the whole thing fun. The theatre, on the... More

The Playmill is a must if you are staying in West Yellowstone. Ignore the theatre snobs and their nasty reviews: it's college kids, not Broadway, so put any pretensions to one side and have an enjoyable night letting young people entertain you. It's good, clean family fun! You'll love it!

We stumbled upon the Playmill while in town and saw Seven Brides for Seven Brothers...our 12 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it and we returned the following night to see Fiddler on the Roof. From the time you entered until you left it was an awesome experience...the cast came out during intermission to sell snacks, drinks and best of all... More

We were there for the season closing night of Fiddler on the Roof. John and Trudy were smashing in the leads. The theater is small but still enjoyable. They even had some of my favorite fudge, orange chocolate. A great evening. Plan in advance for reservations.

One of the best plays I have attended (even better than Ashland). We attended Fiddler on the Roof and were entertained throughout the production (even for the intro events prior to the play and during the intermission). Great players.
