Located in what used to be the historic Red Lodge movie theater, this candy mecca is filled with hundreds of bins of candy, shelves of memorabilia, and homemade taffy and fudge. This was among our children's favorite places to visit in Red Lodge, although we adults enjoyed the place just as much. In the candy shop you can also see... More

This is a truly interesting and fun shop to wander around. Not only does it have a huge selection of candy, some of which could easily bring back happy childhood memories, but the shelves & walls are covered in all manner of memorabilia. Allow plenty of time to wander around & take it all in.

Whenever we go to Red Lodge, we visit the Candy Emporium. They have some unique candy, and the building itself is cool. The last time we visited, I was very disappointed. It was on Monday afternoon, and the weekend must have been very busy: most of the candy bins were empty. While I'm sure we will visit the next time... More

The best thing about the place was to peruse all the old signs and other collectibles on the walls - a lot of fun! And Red Lodge, in general, is always a treat. This was not our first time there, and it was Memorial Day weekend so the crowds and motorcycles were out. The chocolates we bought and hard candies... More

We got some home made chocolates a couple of days ago, and they were fantastic. We went in today for more, but got a very unpleasant shock. The woman making the chocolates was wearing latex gloves, which was fine, but then proceeded to take our cash, and give us change without taking them off, and then went back to pulling... More

Who doesn't like candy. Go in and get a bag full of your favorites. Then while your miss's or significant other browses in one of Red Lodge's numerous shops, you can plop your butt down on a bench and enjoy some sweets and people watch.

We were staying in Red Lodge with our two children, so a visit to the candy store was a must. Even if I didn't like candy (which I do), just the interior of the place is worth going in to check out. Lots of antique signs and stuff. I saw lots of candy I remember from when I was a... More

We always stop here when going to Red Lodge. It is in a very old building with creaky wood floors and so much nostalgia. I had no idea until visiting here that so many of the candies from my childhood are still around. While the majority of what they have is taffy, there are so many favors of it! They... More
