Located in what used to be the historic Red Lodge movie theater, this candy mecca is filled with hundreds of bins of candy, shelves of memorabilia, and homemade taffy and fudge. If you love all kinds of taffy, homemade fudge, and candy that you can't find anywhere else, then the Montana Candy Emporium is where you want to shop.

This is a truly interesting and fun shop to wander around. Not only does it have a huge selection of candy, some of which could easily bring back happy childhood memories, but the shelves & walls are covered in all manner of memorabilia. Allow plenty of time to wander around & take it all in.

Whenever we go to Red Lodge, we visit the Candy Emporium. They have some unique candy, and the building itself is cool. The last time we visited, I was very disappointed. Whenever we are in Red Lodge we always have to make a visit here and find our favorite old time candy to buy...What a neat place and atmosphere to visit. Takes you back in time...Love it.

The best thing about the place was to peruse all the old signs and other collectibles on the walls - a lot of fun! And Red Lodge, in general, is always a treat. We got some home made chocolates a couple of days ago, and they were fantastic. We went in today for more, but got a very unpleasant shock. The woman making the chocolates was wearing latex gloves, which was fine, but then proceeded to take our cash, and give us change without taking them off, and then went back to pulling... More

Who doesn't like candy. Go in and get a bag full of your favorites. Then while your miss's or significant other browses in one of Red Lodge's numerous shops, you can plop your butt down on a bench and enjoy some sweets and people watch.

We always stop here when going to Red Lodge. It is in a very old building with creaky wood floors and so much nostalgia.
