The Wilma is a beautiful historic theatre; seeing a film here is always enjoyable and the staff are helpful and professional. I love going to the Wilma and always have.

Built in 1922, the inside of the downtown theatre remains fairly true to its original make. If you think the current owners are cheap and not giving it an upgrade, then go to the restrooms. Modern and immaculate, you then understand that they are keeping the rest of the establishment true to its roots. We applaud you for that decision.... More

An actual balcony in the main theater. It reminded me of the State Theater in Monterey (but not as well maintained). Their website listed incorrect movie times so call before you go.

This place is cool, I hope it isn't completely renovated anytime too soon. You don't see places like this still operating nearly enough. The acoustics were excellent, plenty of beer on draft, and great location.

I've seen many shows at this venue including Nickel Creek and Jewel and I only wish they had more and more shows. It is an old theater with limited seating, but it is a great, up close and personal way to see a show.

The Wilma Theater is the best place in Missoula to see concerts. There is no bad seat in the house. We have seen several rock shows there and loved every one of them.

The Wilma is a treasure that has been ignored. Someone needs to sink some money in her and restore her to her glory days.

Main theater is huge, with baroque ornamental features reminiscent of the days back in the '40s, when, as a 10-year old, I accompanied my mom & siblings to movies. The ownership has done well w/ restoration, but the glory is nearly gone. Now, the theater schedules live rock concerts & kick-boxing matches, as well as art movies. A smaller movie... More

Highly recommend for a movie but NOT for a music venue if the performer tends to draw a younger crowd. I have attended several performances where large numbers of the audience congregate to the front and dance in front of the stage. This makes hearing the music almost impossible and also, unless you are upfront you cannot see the performers.... More

My favorite theater I have been to!! It's a wonderful environment for concerts and independent films (while drinking wine they sell at the concessions). It could use some revamping, but the Wilma wears its age well. Magical little place.
