Wow what a ride! It's 3 tokens for adults to ride the carousel which can be purchased in the gift shop. When we got on our horses they said to put on your seatbelt. I had to chuckle as we are adults but complied with their request. We were glad we did. It was the fastest carousel ride I have... more

Adults and children alike are welcome at the Missoula carousel, and we rode it as part of a 40th birthday celebration! The horses are beautiful and the ride lasts quite a while, with fun calliope music playing all the while. Pleasant and welcoming little snack bar and picnic area nearby where you can watch the carousel and relax. It's touching... more

1st reviewer pretty much summed it up. This was our favorite place in Missoula to go. It is VERY fast!! Our 4 year old rode with one of us, for a total of a buck. The horses are beautiful, and all hand-carved and different. There still are the dragon rings, which you must try and grab as you pass by.... more

Located in Caras Park in Missoula, the Carousel includes a wonderful play area for little ones designed and created by volunteers in Missoula. The carousel seems like it's historic like the one in Spokane, Washington, but it's not. It's fairly new and opened a few years ago.
