If you are ready for a fast carousel ride, look no farther. This is a doozy. The horses are beautifully handcrafted and are art alone. Choose an outside horse to play the ring game. Be the rider to grab the brass ring and you win a free ride. The price is more than fair and the views of the river... More

Usually we have bored kids in the summer so going to the carousel combined with the kids play area adjacent to the carousel has always been a winner! The history of the carousel is very interesting and the ride itself is fast moving and fun, especially if you can grab the brass ring!

My husband and I visited Missoula in October. We walked through Caras Park and as we were leaving the carousel was opening. We decided to pay the few dollars to have a ride and it was a fun, inexpensive experience. The carousel itself is beautiful, there is also a small gift shop with different knickknacks and memorabilia to choose from.... More

If you are into old fashioned carousels, this is the one. Very beautifully preserved - not many of these around anymore.

If you love carousels like I do you will have to see this restored carousel. It has beautiful stained glass accents and my granddaughter loved it too.

This is a fun experience for the entire family! Very inexpensive and a wonderful free playground next door. One warning is that the carousel speed is very fast so parents should ride along.

A nice relaxing unique spot. Fun for people of all ages. Even to just stand and watch the ride go around.

In the midst of Caras Park, right next to the Clark Fork River, the Carousel is a treasure. The horses are all so colorful and happy looking. Try and get the gold ring!

Very beautiful and elegant carousel. Handmade horses. The dragon was by far our favorite. What a unique find this was. The park was very nice.

My mother has a thing for carousels and rides them all over the world when she finds them (a source of both amusement and irritation for my father, I believe). When she saw this one, her face lit up and she ran about to get a ticket like she was six, not 60. The ride was apparently very fun and... More
