The Cathedral has been lovingly and beautifully restored. We had the opportunity to visit it when it was empty so that we could admire the art and architecture and then were able to attend Mass there the following Saturday afternoon and worship with the Monsignor. Both experiences were awesome!

Had mass today at the cathedral in Helena and it was quite a wonderful, spiritual experience. Visiting here from Ohio and so happy to have this memory to take home!

Your visit will not disappoint. It's a beautiful Cathedral. Stained glass and religious stations make this such a holy place. Don't miss it. Absolutely breathtaking.

The cathedral was easy to find and open at 8am. We enjoyed the beautiful building and would recommend a quick stop.

In a prominent position on a hill, this building has European styling. The windows on a sunny day make this worth a visit, even if you aren't a church person. Also helped me find my way around town because you can see it from many places!

A very nice church that is well worth a visit. At the entrance there is a folder giving some details about the church, but there is also a "guided" tour. Unfortunately we were too late for any tour.

Churches like this is hard to find in North America. The architecture, the design, the stain glass, and most of all the serene atmosphere inside is all worth visiting. Helena is a small town, not much to offer. But this church alone is a real gem of the town. Extremely well kept and maintained. FYI: walk around the neighbourhood around... More

This magnificent building is a landmark in Helena. Gorgeous architecture and stained glass. Several afternoons during the week (we were there on a Tuesday), knowledgeable docents are there to point out interesting features and explain the history of the cathedral. The gentleman with whom we spoke was a parishioner who obviously loved the cathedral and enjoyed presenting it to visitors.... More
