My wife and I took a tram tour around Helena. It was a very nice way to see the downtown area without all the challenges of driving through traffic, gawking, and photographing the sights. The drive was very easy and hit all the topical sites along with several one might have not known. The narrative was very good with their... More

Three of us rode the little train . We enjoyed the history and stories. It was a good way to see the old city.

My Mother ( Dana M. Young ) and myself ( Kevin R. Young ) used to ride on the "Last Chancer" when I was a child with my Grandmother ( Dorothy Virginia Hosken ) as engineer. It's good to see the tradition continue. Best wishes.

Take this wonderful little train ride around Helena and you'll learn and see a lot. It is inexpensive, just an hour long, and runs frequently. Conductor is very knowledgeable, friendly and said she loves her job (and it shows). Great for all ages it is the perfect introduction to Helena.

We went at the end of a hail storm! The guide was very knowledgeable. The lady in the ticket trailer was very nice as well. Gave us a quick (45 minutes) overview of Helena. The price is extremely reasonable!!

The tour train is especially fun for small children and will give parents an hour or so off their feet. The train is an open air ride through Helena's historical areas, and there are many. The train driver is often a local school teacher working a summer job, and they have lots of interesting facts about the places you pass... More

Located next to the FANTASTIC Historical Museum, we spent 90 minutes in the museum until our feet hurT (GREAT exhibits!) and then sat down and rested on the fun train ride around Helena, leaning all kinds of cool history and trivia. We concluded the trip back at the museum where we spent ANOTHER 90 minutes because it is so cool.... More

Tour guide is funny and knowledgeable as train meanders through mansion district, the Capitol complex and Last Chance Gulch. Wheelchair accessible and worth the time.
