Frankly I drove to Helena for the Capitol Building...wasn't expecting much else. Discovered this tour in our AAA Montana Guide Book and we called to see if the last tour was available, It was and so we decided to take it. It is a fantastic journey through Helena...a city with an interesting past and a great future! The tour opened... More

This Last Chance Tour was really nice…. The guide was very friendly, as was everyone in the City. We would drive down a street and everyone would be waving, smiling and saying Hello! I'm not sure I've ever seen that before, and I live in the South! We saw deer in peoples yards grazing… not the least bit concerned about... More

We had our first experience on segways today. Our family of four booked and watched the video necessary before arriving to Helena for the history tour. After our very patient tourguide, Avone, taught us all how to ride safely, we were off! Avone took us around town, giving us history of buildings, people, and how the town became what it... More

What a fun time. We took the train ride around downtown Helena. The train engineer/conductor Buffalo Bryon was a fun guy yet very knowledgable about his city and it's history. An hour well spent. The only downside was a sore bum from the bumps. Very reasonable cost.

This is a fun little tram tour of Helena! You get to learn about the interesting history of the area. It is an hour long tour through the downtown area and through the mansion district. The tour through the neighborhood with the mansions is really amazing. A nice hour spent seeing the town. Anyone would enjoy this . We rode... More

The 1-hour "Last Chance" train tour was led by a funny and knowledgeable native to Helena. Drove past mansions and bordellos, Gothic cathedrals and capitol buildings. Learned lots of interesting facts and stories. Surprised to see the governor of Montana living in a regular residential area in a ranch-style home with no fenced yard or gated drive! The people of... My wife and I took a tram tour around Helena. It was a very nice way to see the downtown area without all the challenges of driving through traffic, gawking, and photographing the sights. The drive was very easy and hit all the topical sites along with several one might have not known. The narrative was very good with their... More

My Mother ( Dana M. Young ) and myself ( Kevin R. Young ) used to ride on the "Last Chancer" when I was a child with my Grandmother ( Dorothy Virginia Hosken ) as engineer. It's good to see the tradition continue. Best wishes.
