I understand this is ran by donations and fundraisers, but instead of a new exhibit next year, maybe they need to shut the place down and clean....and paint. I feel disgusting after leaving. My son however enjoys it. I do like the grocery and Dr's play area they have now, as did he. The lady at the front desk was... More

Great place to take young children for the Great Falls area. A wide variety of small exhibits. Personally, I feel it could use a good cleaning and safety inspection. It's not uncommon to find some sort of tool. Today my kiddos found a paint can opener. Hello eye, meet metal pointy thing! Also found a pointy metal object in the... More

This museum is quite nice for small town Montana. Admittedly Great Falls is one of the larger cities in Montana but Montana is not renowned for it's availability of indoor family activities. It is nice that the state boasts at least 1 Children's Museum. I do not live in Great Falls but travel there fairly frequently. This is the second... More

I took my three children here to get out of the house, ages 1, 6, and 7. This museum or daycare center as it looks. Is horrible! Dirty everywhere, most items from the little areas were not there at all, areas closed off due to remodeling or whatever, staff rude, power tools left out and plugged in within a child's... More

We thought it was really fun! My 5 and 9 year old would have stayed for hours longer if we'd had the time. Granted it was a ghost town when we attended but there was alot to do. There are two levels packed with things that inspire them to use their imagination and creativity. It was very reasonably priced as... More

This isn't really a children's museum as much as it is a toddlers play area. Our little one loved it and could have stayed much of the day. This is not really a place to bring older children as they would get bored quickly. The only thing I was disappointed with was some of the toys were quite dirty and... More

I love taking my kids here, and they love to be here. They would live here if they could! There's always something for everyone to do. Even I can have fun. It's always hard to convince the kids to leave.

This was a fun place for my 1 and 2 year olds to play, but I wouldn't really consider it a museum. At least 15 different play stations all hands-on. My 2 years could spend hours there.

I didn't like that the parent has a admission charge. Most things were not working and my kids kept walking around trying to find entertainment. Good concept, just needs updated and more interactive items. Good for 1-3 ages.

Took my 2 kids (age 8 and 9) to the Chidren's Museum of Montana; planned as a fun activity for a few hours over spring break. Entrance fee is not much (a few bucks each), but it was not well spent. Three was a group in front of us and they were given the "safe kids play" instructions by the... More
