Description:

Celebrating all things Yellowstone, the Flying Pig Adventure Company makes...

Celebrating all things Yellowstone, the Flying Pig Adventure Company makes planning a vacation to Yellowstone easy. One call and you can set up anything from a quick float down the river to a complete vacation that includes lodging and an awesome activity package. Our activities include White water or Scenic Rafting, Horseback Rides, Fly Fishing, Park Tours and even shopping at our Camp Store. Above all else, we are best known for our friendly staff and excellent customer service. We love sharing the adventures of the Yellowstone area with our guests...And it shows!

Many years ago, the Flying Pig got its start with whitewater rafting, and that is still the premier event today. Thousands of people have enjoyed our 8 Mile, 18 Mile and Overnight Rafting Trips on the Yellowstone River. We have awesome guides and our own private river access. In addition to whitewater trips, we also offer scenic floats for those who want to sit back, relax and soak in the views. Looking for a true Montana experience at a horse ranch? The Flying Pig offers horseback rides at a beautiful privately-owned alpine ranch just a few miles above town. The fun continues inside Yellowstone Park with Park Tours and Fly Fishing. In fact, we can take you fishing in some of the best trout rivers and streams in North America.

We have also expanded to a second store location at 204 Park Street in Gardiner, where we offer a full complement of camping, hiking, fishing and apparel. Looking to experience Yellowstone first hand? Want to try something new? Give us a call and we will work with you to find just the right adventure. We encourage everyone to get out there and challenge themselves by doing something they never thought they'd do....To let their Pigs Fly!

We had a great experience rafting the Yellowstone with our 8 and 11 year old daughters, and 17 yr old son. There was some confusion with the credit card machine at the register, but the staff worked to resolve the problem. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind, and the equipment was in good order. Great outfit.

This was a nice experience to have when out west. They provide several levels of rafting from slow and steady to a rougher ride. I went with my family so we went with slow and steady. The guide we had was nice and was very good at showing us the sights.

I really enjoyed this trip. My wife was a bit nervous to start and the guide was very encouraging and helpful. The scenery is beautiful, we even saw a bald eagle. Neither of us were very good at fly fishing but the guide was patient and knowledgeable.

Thanks to some lovely gift-giving from our wives, I and two friends were treated to a full-day guided fly fishing float on the Yellowstone just north of Gardiner. They set us up on two rafts... my two experienced friends in one with guide Max, and first-timer me on the other with guide Buddy. Both guides worked their tails off getting... More

We booked with Flying Pig for fly fishing lessons (4 hrs) and a full day tour of Yellowstone. Our guides were Brogan and Max for fishing and Eric Bindseil for the Yellowstone tour. They were all fabulous. All guides engaged the adults and the 8 yo boy who accompanied us, made the days interesting, and most importantly, seemed to care... More

I will be back in May 2018 when my kiddo graduates from college - the two of us will do the rafting trip again - this time in Spring time with lots more water going down the river, yipppeee... More

We spent two days in Yellowstone with Ryan, one of Flying Pig's naturalists and it was awesome. There's no better way to see the Park than with someone who thoroughly understands the science and ecology. Ryan spent 16 hours with us over two days and custom-tailored the 'tour.' We saw wolves through a scope in Lamar, a grizzly in Hayden,... More

Very friendly. Amy did a great job setting up our horse riding adventure. The ranch was outside of the park. They gave a nice novice ride, a bit boring for any experienced rider. The only thing I didn't understand was driving to gardener to check in before heading to the race which was very near our cabin. Otherwise it was... More
