Small pool for the 2 water slides which are great fun; 1 slide uses tubes, the other on your backside. The wave pool is just that, for riding the waves. An activity pool for crossing 'lilly pads' with a rope above; and a kiddy pool with several sprays and bucket dumps. Also a hot tub. $10 each ... adults, seniors,... More

We recently moved here from Northern IL where the children were accustomed to visitting waterparks in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, which is known as "the Waterpark capital of the world." That said, we tried to have realistic expectations of the Reef and respect it for what it is. We visitted on Memorial Day. There were the typical activities, including a dedicated... More

The lifeguards are always on top of people/kids breaking the rules (running, etc) which makes it nice to know others will be safe. My son is always nervous being there but has a great time as long as mom sticks close by. Loves the pool that has the balls you can shoot into hoops. Occasionally I can get him to... More

Ive been here twice w family and its a great Indoor water park for the kids. They have simple foods like pizza slices and nachos and drinks for the kids. Very clean and fun. If you go here though stay at the newer hotels adjacent like my fav Homewood suites by Hilton, or Hampton Inn next door to it or... More

This is a great indoor water park for kids and active parents alike. We took our 8, 6, and 3 year old kids and we all had a great time. My husband and I are both active and like playing with our kids during excursions like this so we had a fun time too and this also ensured that our... More

In fairness my nieces and nephew love this place. Me, not so much. For just kids swimming it would be great but my younger niece is 4 which requires that she be supervised at all times. The pool at the end of the slides is too shallow for the speed of the slides if you are tall. The last (and... More

I apologize for the poor experience you had at our park. This is the first time we have heard of such an incident as yours and it brings up safety awareness for us to manage. The state law restricts under 6 year olds from using public hot tubs as they do not usually have enough body fat to keep them... More

We visited this park before we went to determine if it was worth it. It is quite large and has lots to do. They run a feature on some nights to swim from 5pm to 7pm for $5. We felt this was a great value. We arrived and then they dropped a $5 per person fee for watching our kids.... More

Thank you for your comments, it saddens me that you were not satisfied with our facility. Water is noisy and we do need a warning system prior to dumping a large bucket of water on people. So those are not changeable issues. Your comment is that" it could be better", we would love to entertain your suggestions of what would... More

This was great for the kids but no fun at all for the adults. I could't wait to get out of here. Hot, sticky, uncomfy chairs and just cheap... although it really was not a cheap day at all. The hotel was over priced, the water park was top dollar. And that's a shame because everyone wants to get some... More

It is unfortunate that you were uncomforatable at the waterpark, the environment is adjusted for swim suits, wearing street clothes will make a person very warm in this environment. Your hotel was priced to include the waterpark which we have found is favorable for most of our guests. We are pleased that your children found the facilities exciting. Thank you... More

Thought we would stay two nights so our kids could enjoy 1 full day at the waterpark. Found the place overcrowed because of a camp that was visiting for the day. Hardly any entertubes for the slide. In fact i counted only 6 doubles and maybe 15 single tubes. Was told by a lifeguard that the single tubes are for... More

I apologize if you felt that one club of children was overcrowding for you, with a line for the slides and the sharing of tubes. We hope that all children will behave well in this envirnment and it is unfortunate when they do not hit that mark. We take comments from our guest seriously and I thank you for your... More

With a family of 8 including kids age 4 and 7 travelling from Rapid City to Missoula , we decided to break our trip up by staying the night in Billings. Thank you for your comments, while being the largest venue in Montana you are correct that we are not competition for the large city parks. We are pleased that your family had a great time and that the staff were both careful and friendly. More
