We rented ATV's and a twin ATV on a recent trip to Big Sky. None of us had ever driven these, but the owner showed us how, and we had the process down in no time. When we checked in they asked us to choose helmets (they could have been a bit cleaner and newer), and gave us a map,... More

We had a great trip snowmobiling. Our guide Glen was extremely professional and knowledgable of the area. We had the opportunity to both see the sights and have fun speeding around on our snowmobiles.

Not sure about the experiences of other people, but from booking to our entry to the shop to the ride itself was spectacular. The staff was overly helpful and kind. Much better than our Jackson Hole experience from a few days before. We had a great time with great sleds. You know you are having a good time when you've... More

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Our business simply works based on half day or full day rates - if people want to go out for less time, they are more than welcome to come back early. Thank you for your input and I hope you guys may try us again in the future. More

I had a day off and have my own snowmobile and wanted a guide to explore some new areas. I called in to book a guide, their website lists guide service rates at $250 per day. I was informed by the manager Ed, that because I have my own snowmobile that they would have to charge me $600 for guide... More

I am so sorry you had a bad interaction with us. It is our policy to charge double the normal guide rate for a guide with your own sleds. Financially it simply does not make sense for us to rent out one of our guides for the same rate while people are not also renting our sleds - but if... More

My husband and I were going snowmobiling on a sunday. When i made the reservation they told me we can have two people in a doubler. When we went down there they said their policy does not allow only one snowmobile to go out by itself. I was upset about the mix-up because we would have not driven out there... More
