Booked via our travel agents. Kevin arrived promptly and skis provided were well known makes and were fine for us. In excellent condition. On leaving we were able to simply leave them in the ski room in our Hotel. Don't know what would have happened/time needed if they had needed changing. More

Black Tie makes renting a breeze. I enjoy flying to ski destinations and though I own my own equipment, it is a pain to fly with them...ski gear is always the last off the plane. I love that they come to your room to outfit you. No waiting in lines for your rental gear. They also will come back to swap out your equipment if your skiing style changes/advances during your trip. Both delivery personnel and customer service on the phone are super friendly. Highly recommended. More
