After fishing for trout in the gallatin river I saw them coming past. I just had to do it and glad I did. The most frightening but safe and FUN experience I've had after mountain biking off lone peak.

I had never gone whitewater rafting before and Geyser's skilled and knowledgeable staff made it fun yet safe. My children have a lifelong memory from our trip and look forward to doing it again.

We had a great introductory experience for our kids to whitewater rafting. We had a raft to ourselves for our group and a guide that explained sights along the way. He even let our oldest call out the rows from the back of the boat on the tame parts of the ride which he enjoyed a lot. It was an... More

This was our first time white water rafting and we did it as part of a horseback riding/ whitewater rafting finale to a great week in Yellowstone. This was a blast!! Matt was assigned as our boat guide and he had us laughing, paddling, bouncing, and cheering whenever we finished a section of rapids. Our two teens were right out... More

We had a blast, we were unsure of the cold weather/water, but the neoprene suits were perfect! the staff was incredibly friendly and fun- Safety was very important with Geyser which made our trip all that more enjoyable (one less thing for a parent to worry about) the river was a little calmer than we had hoped for (no fault... The temperature dropped 10 degrees from the previous week when I checked the forecast--but everybody (except me, the Mom) wanted to go anyway. So with wetsuits and booties provided by Geyser, we 'set sail' on a 60 degree day. We had a fabulous experience, thanks to our knowledgeable guide. It was very easy to follow his instructions and he put... More

Geyser Whitewater took care of our family of eight, in two rafts on a beautiful day in early August. We did the half day trip which was perfect for our group. The water was challenging at times, and the guides were always good at helping us through the rough spots. We were told that late spring -early summer the river... More

My husband and I have rafted before, but not our kids, so this was a good introduction for them (1/2 day morning trip). Due to the lower water levels (late summer) there were only class II and III rapids, but they were still a lot of fun (especially for our kids in the front of the raft). It was unseasonably... More

I was a bit nervous to white water raft with our kids, ages 7 & 9, as I've been thrown out of a raft in a prior trip years ago in South Carolina. Now, as a mom, I wanted to make sure that didn't happen to one of my kids. When calling to book, the girl on the phone assured... More
