Great Trail Ride

While the manager was not outwardly crabby (to me) as others have mentioned, she sort of seemed like she could care less if we were there to the point of even being bothered by our presence. There was certainly no fanfare or built up excitement about the pending ride. I'm not looking for a Broadway production, but some introduction to... More

I found an ad for family horse rides and thought this would be the perfect opportunity for my family- four kids, ages 8-15. At $25 per person it seemed like an affordable option for the six of us. I searched the internet and was only able to find their facebook page... Which apparently has incorrect information that they cannot change...... More

My family and I enjoyed this trail ride a lot. We've been on others and this one ranks up there. First, the location is right off 65 and not easy to see. Hidden roadway, right off the highway. Also, cash only. The ride was great and our guide Mike was very informative and patient with my family. Trails are scenic,... More

The location and trail is undeniably ideal, but the management is lacking in making customers feel welcome and seeing that they are satisfied. Expect to get on your horse, travel nose to tail, stay on the trail, not stop for pictures, and get off at the end of your hour. I think the guides would like to have more leeway,... More

The trail ride was ok, the main lady seemed very stressed about having 16 people on our ride and the next. She wasn't personable and at the end I asked for a pic to remember my boyfriends FIRST horse back ride and she said no she was too busy. Bad ending to a boring trail. The two young men working... Terrific staff and patient with the younger riders. Took the one hour trail ride. Trails covered most beautiful scenery, up and down hills and across the creek. We could ride every day with them. A must visit!

This was our daughters 1st trail ride and they loved it! The horses are very well kept and sweet. The girls tour guide was Deborah and she too was very knowledgeable and friendly. Scenic trail and a great Christmas Eve sight. We will be back!

I do not see how this place got bad reviews. I found it to be a great experience for me and my wife that was both first time riders. I don't think the trail was as steep as others made it seem. Totally unbeatable and love they take photos at the end of you on the horses.

Four older adult members of my family (57+ in age) took a 2 hour ride with this company while staying in Branson. The horses were very fit and well fed, and we were perfectly matched with horses to suit our various riding abilities. The scenery is typical Ozarks, heavily wooded, up and down steep hills and across a beautiful stream.... More

To be honest, I haven't been to Bear Creek for about 5 years (not because it was bad, just because we're busy) but anyway, when we went, the whole family had a great time riding through the wilderness. Although my horse did wander off the trail, the employees handled it very well and we had a great time! I Would... More
