Visited Dickerson park zoo July 2014. Our family and 2 year old son came with us. The gate entry is roughly $10, staff very helpful and friendly. The zoo is just big enough, and has a little bit of everything. For the price,we were very happy with our visit. We have been to other larger center zoo's which take you... More

The Zoo is an interesting place for kids to learn about the animals in there story books... But not as large as St Louis and not quite as exotic as some other larger zoos. There is a small train ride that could be expanded to make it more interesting. Overall, the zoo is maintained and has great outreach programs. However,... More

This zoo was a great way to start our family vacation while going to Branson. We are members at our local zoo, and this zoo is a reciprocal member, which means we got in for free! We arrived before 9:30 on a Friday and hardly anyone was there. The coolest part of this zoo is the free range peacocks greeting... More

A pleasant peaceful walk in the zoo, many fun animals to see. Peacocks running loose, lovely! I highly recommend this zoo.

My family loves going to this zoo. It has a great variety of animals, petting zoo, train rides, feeding the giraffes. As the song goes, "there's so much to see and do!"

Such a cute little zoo!!! I have been many times and I always enjoy going wen I can. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and very helpful. The animals appear to be very happy and content with the different objects in their exhibit (toys, branches, etc.) and a very good walk on a nice day. Not too... More

I took my two preschool age grandsons to the zoo and had a very enjoyable day. Many of the walkways are shaded, the landscaping is great, and all of the exhibits we saw were clean and well kept. The zoo has a good variety of animals, and most of the animals were visible to us. The little boys really enjoyed... More
