Bass Pro Shops in Springfield is a must for any angler. There is a reason BPS has lasted throughout the years - almost any terminal tackle that someone might need is to be found here. There are some things that you will not find. For example, when I was looking for a manual jack plate for small h.p. outboards, it... More

Every time I'm in town I visit Bass Pro, always changing displays. But customer service never changes, excellent, outgoing and friendly. Better then going to a zoo.

As a non-outdoor, non-hunter person, I was not excited about going there, but our local friends said it was the biggest tourist attraction in Missouri. It was the most massive, over-the-top decorated store I have ever seen. We had lunch at Hemingway's in the store and the buffet was very good (and we're also not buffet people). The store is... We merely went to browse around and take some time out. This place is chock full of everything hunting and fishing you could possibly think of including vehicles and boats. There's a bow and arrow museum, an NRA rifle museum, a restaurant, waterfalls, knife sharpening service and a seating area to have an ice cream. We ate our ice cream... More

This Bass Pro is the original location. There's always new items in every department to shop from. There are also a lot of live fish, snakes and alligators, as well as mounted animals and cool new museum pieces in the rifle and archery displays upstairs. The restaraunt upstairs, Hemmingway's, has gone through some changes and offers a more affordable and... More

We stop here every time we drive through Springfield. The kids absolutely love looking at all the fish, and let's be honest so do I. Everything in the store is great. We usually stop and spend at least an hour and a half walking around and stretching our legs. Pick up some lures, check out some fish, and head out... More

Great place to see. Bigger than most of the other Bass Pro Shops. Great mounts, aquariums and décor throughout!

We have been to Bass Pro several times. There have been some cool upgrades, but the flow is actually worse. To get to the restrooms, you have to brave multiple employees selling timeshares and credit cards. The elevators in the back by Hemingway's are so bad that I had to literally abandon my cart on the top floor and carry... More
