The Fabulous Fox Theatre first opened in 1929 as a movie palace in William Fox's motion picture empire. The theatre was reopened in 1982, and today it is one of the most exquisite venues in the country to enjoy live touring Broadway shows, concerts, and comedians. We hope you'll visit us for an upcoming show or one of our guided tours!

Visited the theatre for an event that our group rented the whole theatre, I LOVED it! What a beautiful venue for an event. There was something different on every level. Great opportunity for photos!

This is the premier theatre in St. Louis, It is beautiful and well built. Built in 1929 and restored in the early 80's this is a remarkable place to see a show. Whether it is Broadway or a rock concert, the acoustics of this building are amazing. It is beautiful to look at as well. The staff here is amazing... More

This theater will literally take your breathe away. The lobby, main floor, stage, upper floors and seating areas, the lounge area - the beauty and craftsmanship of this treasure are difficult to grasp let alone describe. You must visit this - MUST!

Located in an underappreciated Grand Center arts and entertainment district in St. Louis, this site is worth a trip even if no one is booked at the palace. Built in 1929 and featuring live entertainment, the ornate Siamese-Byzantine-style architecture is simply astonishing. On our way out we found an intimate club that featured live music and a TV screen, perfect... More

Don't miss this grand & grandiose theater (in Grand Center) if you love over-the-top public spaces & lavish interior design, in this case Byzantine. The decor is overwhelming the moment you pass the ticket taker in the foyer. Think bronzed lions w/ bright red lights for eyes. While the main lobby is large, the concession lines from either side tend... More

This is such a lovely place to see a show. Lower levels can be a bit pricy for some shows but you can see just as well from the upper levels. I highly recommend doing the behind-the-scenes tour available on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. It is so informative! The history of theater in St. Louis is really impressive. It's fun... More
