The Fabulous Fox Theatre first opened in 1929 as a movie palace in William Fox's motion picture empire. The theatre was reopened in 1982, and today it is one of the most exquisite venues in the country to enjoy live touring Broadway shows, concerts, and comedians. We hope you'll visit us for an upcoming show or one of our guided tours!

I have been to the Fox Theatre on numerous occasions and I am still in awe each time I go. It is so ornate and beautiful. Acoustics are great, and there really are no bad seats in my opinion. Parking is very close, especially if you arrive early. I definitely recommend arriving early in order to have time to explore... More

If you visit St Louis and have the opportunity to attend a show or concert at the Fox Theatre do it. This is an amazing facility and you will immediately be impressed by the decor and charm.

Beautiful inside, I was truly impress. We went to go see Chris Tucker because I found some tickets on Groupon. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for these tickets. His comedy show was not funny at all. I think we stayed for maybe an hour and couldn't finish the show due to it was that LAME! I ordered 2... More

This theatre has an amazing interior of a "by gone era." So rich in decoration and colors. The huge lion statues are still there at the base of the staircase. While we lived in the area several years ago, we enjoyed so many wonderful theatre performances. Check online for the calendar of shows coming to town. This is a wonderful... More

Our group took a tour of this magnificent theater and we were privileged to hear the Wurlitzer organ (one of only five ever built). We were amazed at the richness of this wonderful old theater. The tour takes you to many areas including the stage and backstage where you can see autographs of many of the performers . Our guide... More

I absolutely love this theater with its crazy mixture of art deco, middle eastern and unique decor. It works. I always get orchestra tickets, although there are very few bad seats. For the hearing impaired, they have assistive hearing devices available at no cost. If you visit St. Louis, try to catch a show at the Fox. It is well... More

My wife and I recently traveled to St. Louis for the Bryan Adams concert at the "Fabulous Fox" Theatre. And to paraphrase Jerry Seinfeld, it was "Real" and it was "Fabulous." From the moment you enter the lobby, the spectacle begins. Words cannot describe how amazing the decor is. 3-story marble columns line both sides of the lobby directing your... More

The theater was beautiful!! The tour was great! A lot of interesting facts. Saw the production "STOMP" from the upper balcony and it was like I was close to the stage. I will go back if I chance.

This is hands down the best theatre for musical theatre productions and concerts that St. Louis has to offer. We have been to shows with seats all over the theatre and each seat has had a great view and no problems at all. The ushers are very friendly and the interior architecture is gorgeous.
