The Fox is very old world, you have to be there to understand what I am talking about, Love going to plays there. They also do tours of the Fox theatre. Many actors with great reputations have been on that stage

This trip while staying at the Grand Center Inn for our Anniversary we decided to tour the Fox Theatre which is within walking distance of the hotel. We were extremely impressed and will definitely attend a showing once returning to the St. Louis area, especially since we will be staying at our favorite hotel, the Grand Center inn.

From the time you walk in this amazing place you will be in amazement of how beautiful this place looks. Regardless of the shows (hated Cats) you will enjoy this place. So come early and take time to look around and see a glimpse of what things looked like back in the day of early theaters.

I am a St. Louis Native and have been coming to the Fox for years. My mother and I are musical buffs, and have traveled to NYC to see countless shows on Broadway. We love when greats shows come to the Fox. We have enjoyed shows in all areas of seating, and the atmosphere alone is amazing. The theater is... More

The architecture and attention to detail are incredible! And even though I can't speak for all the seats, the view to the stage and acoustics seemed to be good regardless of location. We saw and of course listened to Sarah McLachlan, it was the perfect venue for her show. One additional note: kudos to the Fox for being fairly priced... More

Just looking at all the architecture in the Fox is worth the visit. I've been here so many times, but each time I have to check it all out again! I love coming here for the holiday season, esp to see a Christmas Carol. Seats are spacious, ushers are helpful and crowds are good people. Lines can get long for... More

Absolutely fantastic building,so beautiful. Concert was great. Ushers were friendly and informative about the place. I did get turned around trying to find the Ladies room and ended up struggling with the stairs. Ask an usher for directions to the elevators!

Forest Park is a jewel. The almost 6 mile paved pedestrian/biking path is well groomed, the Museums and Zoo are top notch as is the Muny. The surrounding homes are circa 1904 World's Fair and beautiful pieces of architecture. Just a word of caution though, don't leave anything visible in your car, day or night. Burglars are are not shy... More
