This area is located next to the Arch and close to the Busch Stadium as well as next to the Arena. Mostly bars and restaurants. Very loud and lively on weekends and game nights. Tourist zone as well as locals coming into the city. Bars have live bands so is fun to listen to some blues or rock. Tasty sushi... More

This historic area is now a warren of tourist trap restaurants and bars. There is almost nothing to see or do here. So move along.

I had been to this area several decades ago. It has seen its better days, but I love opportunity that it presents. It is a shame that so many businesses have closed because it should be more vibrant than it is. The old brick streets and beautiful architecture of the buildings allow you to get your mind back in the... More

We spent the day celebrating our anniversary. After reading some of the reviews I was sceptical but we wasn't going for the nighttime partying. We had a fabulous time! We first won some money at the casino, then had lunch at the Spaghetti Factory and then cocktails sitting outside people watching. Maybe not exciting for some but with our hectic... More

Years ago, LaClede's Landing used to be a great place to go for an evening out--great restaurants, unique shops, and music! So much has changed, it is just not the same. Hopefully, once the Arch expansion is complete, this area will pick up. It is sad, but true. . . . you can't go back!

As a native St. Louisan, this is one area which i want to explore more. The casino is really cool and the 4 seasons hotel is super nice. Look for the Landing to get alot more traffic and some more infill here in the next couple years.

I have been coming to St. Louis for over 20 years and the "Landing" was the place to go but not anymore. Some remain such as Morgan Street Brewery, Spaghetti Factory but most are gone such as "the Trainwreck, Show Me's and others". It is sad since location is perfect and with all the construction around the Arch area hopefully... More

Lots of restaurant choices, A fantastic family atmosphere. A safe feeling while walking around the area. A truly destination location if you are near the Gateway Arch.

Laclede's Landing has great views of the Mighty Mississippi River. Just be careful when walking down the sidewalks and roads as for it being in the older part of the city it still has cobblestone roads and sidewalks and the sidewalks also are not level the whole time and do have "pot whole"-like spots where the pavers have sunken into... We were in town for the weekend, visiting St. Louis because we've never been before. We actually discovered this area while looking for a place to park for the arch. We walked here on Saturday in the late afternoon from our hotel which was a couple of blocks away. We actually really enjoyed this area. I'm a sucker for any... More
