A part of St. Louis History, you should stop by and try it! While the lines can look daunting, they move quickly. The concretes are great, try the pistachio! It is a family run operation and they have a scholarship program for their high school part-time workers that has sent many young St. Louis teenagers to college.

Ted Drewe's is a frozen custard stand that specializes in overly sweet desserts. For most non-locals, this is not worth the trip as I find this to be nearly inedible. Their regular frozen custard, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate is okay but the rest of their offerings will send you into sugar overload. I just don't understand the popularity of this... More

The experience of going her after prom, wedding group, after a ball game anytime is a great time. Their concretes are the best.

The frozen custard is delicious! Great atmosphere to people watch or run into your neighbor. They have installed benches around the perimeter of their parking lot to allow for more seats for you to enjoy your frozen treat. They are pet friendly and will even give you a pup cup if you ask for one. A great place to go... More

Ted Drews frozen custard has been a staple of our family for many years. When I live near Edwardsville Illinois are used to drive all the way to the location on Chippewa of my friends just to have some custard. I now drive all the way from Springfield Missouri to get it 😀 Hands-down my absolute favorite is the apple... More

The BEST! Great after Cards & Blues games. I've been here many times. Always friendly fast service no matter how long the lines. I recommend the Dutchman concrete! A MUST visit if you're in St. Louis

My wife and I were traveling back home to Illinois and decided to stop by and give Ted Drew's a try. Before we got out of town, we turned around and went back to inquire about purchasing it to sell at our Tropical Sno locations. One week later I am getting ready to pick up our second order. This stuff... More

Ted Drews is a St. Louis tradition. Can't be beat on a hot summer night or a frosty winter afternoon. Cardinal Sin is my favorite, but everything is great.

Living in St.Louis for my entire life I had to finally try this popular place. This was definately a place that was as good as people say. I got a mini banana and peanut butter custard. It was the best custard I have had. It tasted so fresh and the prices were extremely reasonable. I will be back many more... More

Grew up blocks from the Grand Ave. Ted Drewe's. My favorite is the kiddy hot fudge. Pure and simple, creamy, rich custard ice cream with thick and chocolatey fudge. We pretty much went there every night in the summer. Other family favorites were the fudge concretes, and the dipped cone. The kids he hires are high schoolers and have to... More
