The CWE has a great, downtown St. Louis feel. It feels more like downtown Chicago with all of the cool shops and restaurants along the way. Downtown STL itself is so boring, but you can always find something to do in the CWE. Plus, you MUST go to Einstein Bagels. It's the best.
depending on which end you are on, it is better than poor. but parking is still an issue. theft is still an issue. need more pet poop areas and better parking locations and maybe close off some streets on weekends for more pedestrian walking. too many cars and people make for a disaster.
