Tucked away in downtown St. Louis Mo is this fun, eclectic area, full of natural beauty mixed with scultures and water features. Interesting for all ages, this is a great place to meet up with friends, relax during lunch, or let your kids explore. There is a nice cafe in the garden, and other restaurants nearby. Beautiful during all seasons,... More

Great fun for kids and adults! If the day is warm, kick off your shoes, rolls up your pants and have fun playing in the dancing water garden. If you are into photography, this is a must-see/snap. Great for all ages and accessible to all!

Small but nice. The little restaurant is good there called Joe's Chili bowl. The kids had fun running around and it was safe. It was a pleasant break while walking around.

We stayed at a hotel right across from the Arch and decided to walk down to the city garden on our first night. My children ages 9, 6, and 2 all loved it. They had a great time looking at all of the art, acting and dancing on the active display, and walking across the water on the stepping stones.... More

This garden is a little oasis in the middle of the city. Great sculpture with a wide range of pieces to look at. The art is combined with cool fountains, beautiful landscaping. Kid friendly too. We wandered over to it and really enjoyed the visit.

This sculpture garden is across the street from my office of some 20 years ago. What a shame it did not exist then and what a shame it was cold on this day. The garden is some 2-4 blocks of sculpture, each worthy of 10-15 minutes of reflection on the provided artist's description. The site includes a restaurant, permits lunch... More

The City Garden is located a couple of blocks west of the historic Old Courthouse in downtown St. Louis. There are over 100 species of plants in the garden which takes in a couple of blocks. In addition, there are some interesting sculptures in the park worth seeing. This park is a nice place to take a walk, view the... More

Me and my family enjoyed checking out the art work/sculptures. Very family friendly! Many good photo opportunities. Many of the sculptures are "hands on" and can be climbed on and in. A lot of fun, nothing distasteful.
