This park was a lot of fun for the whole family. It offered the perfect break after enjoying a large meal downtown. The children loved all of the sculptures many kids were wading in many of the fountains (it is very hot in St. Louis in August!).

Kids will especially love the city garden but no matter what age, it is fun to stroll around. All the art work is excellent. Will visit for a walk every time I am in St Louis.

Of course, best in the warmer months, but this is an interesting stop on your way to the Arch or a Cardinal's Baseball game. Very interesting and large installations. We especially like playing in a dancing water fountain that springs from small openings in the pavement. This is such a treat on hot summer days. Kids are delighted when the... More

When sightseeing in St. Louis this is a must stop and see! The sculptures here are unique and pleasing. You can get up close and get some great pics! We were there in the summer and walked through as we were headed to see the Gateway Arch. The view from City Garden is gorgeous. The children are allowed to play... More

This was a nice place to go and relax one evening and is just a hidden jewel and is something free to do in the city, and has some nice sculptures to boot and is a nice place to take a evening walk in with your date!

Get ready to play and explore no matter what your age may be. Wear jeans and don't expect a traditional type of museum. It allows you to stretch your imagination.

It's not often you can visit a downtown area in a major city and find two entire blocks set aside as a strolling garden/art work. City Garden has sculptures, gardens, seating areas and strolling paths that make it a pleasant way to spend an hour or so as you take in the trees and the life of the city surrounding... More

The park is on the way from downtown to Busch Stadium and was fun to walk through and see when it is all lit up for Christmas.
