Great family fun!

We loved the mats that we got to lay on for the show. The planetarium experience was amazing! Our girls loved it! Highly recommend!!!

We visit the Science Center but have not been to the planetarium in awhile. The grand kids wanted something else to do and we were near the north side entrance so we popped in. The price was great but we were very disappointed in the show. Before buying tickets I asked the girl at the booth if the show would... More

Been there many times, first with my children, now with the grand children. Always changes with new exhibits and different Omnimax shows. Crowded on the weekends or when schools bring in bus loads of visiting students. One of Saint Louis best locations to visit.

The technology for the D-Day I-Max borders on incredible. The combination of enhanced archival film combined with animation gives you the not comfortable being there. I served in the 1st Inf Div at the tail end of the German occupation with soldiers who were in the D--Day Invasion who chose to stay in the service. They did not talk much... More

Any film at the Omnimax will be top-notch! We went with a group of adult friends, but there are always offerings for families and kids. TAKE THE KIDS!

Its not for everyone. The Screen is only good for the movies designed for Omnimax only... Make sure you sit in the middle of the theater...

Everyone should experience this place at least once. My 6 and 7 year old were blown away. But the 2 year old freaked out. He thought he was actually leaving the ground when the butterflies took flight (we watched Flight of the Butterflies). I was asked to step out. They let me watch it from the hall. So my lesson... First, just a little complaint. It says the planetarium is free during the summer on the website, but I did not understand that there are no shows during the free time. So I was a bit disappointed, but $5 is not bad be adult. We saw Sky Live Tonight at the planetarium, and it was a good show. It went... More

We visited the Omnimax theatre with our kids over Memorial Day weekend. It is located within the St. Louis Science Center. The cost is $9 for adults, and $8 for children, but you can find buy one get one discount coupons on various websites. The theatre itself is impressive. You watch the movie on a screen that covers the entire... More

I have been to this once to see and under the sea show narrated by Jim Carrey. Although it hurt neck a little to look up all the time, the show was cool and the sounds and graphics rocked.
