This is my daughter's favorite attraction. She asks to go to the Magic House at least once a week. As members, you get unlimited visits, so we go a lot. We love the art room. We spend most of our time in the "little bit of magic" for kids under 6. My only complaint is that there are multiple exits... More

We took our grand children here for the 3rd time. They really looked forward to our day here. They are 10 and 7 and they are the perfect age for the many fun things to do here. They loved the science experiments at Syd the Science Kid exhibit. They loved climbing up the 3 story bean stalk and sliding down... More

A learning experience. Not magic. Over priced for adults to watch there kids play. I think adults should not be charged. Anyway with small kids or middle school kids for learning experience. Once was enough for me.

I love the house type feel in this place....Free parking, outdoor play area and even though the place is a nice size, it didn't feel overly huge which made it easier to keep an eye on the little ones. Our children's museum membership got us half off of the entry fee which made it all better. There is something for... More

We went for the first time last year when our 3 kids were 5,5 and 2 and we stayed all day until they closed. There was plenty for the kids to do, they were particularly fond of the outdoor 'garden' area. If your kids are drawn to sand and water let them play in it and bring extra clothes! Now... More

We were blown away by this place. So much for our under-6 children to do (even our under-2)! We could easily have spent several more hours here, as our kids did not want to leave. It's all hands-on, all good, clean fun (oh, and it's educational, too.) And it didn't feel crowded, though the parking lot was full when we... More

The place is simply amazing there are so many things to see and do you will not be able to do it all in a day unless your kids are a bit older. There is a snack bar and elevators to get to the three different levels. Everything is hands on and it is easy to miss a room if... More

There is so much to do at the Magic House - our group of kids ranged in age from 6 to 15 and everyone was having fun. The Solve a Mystery area was fun for the older kids. The vet center, pretend grocery store, baby nursery, etc was fun for the younger kids. Spent 3 hours here and only explored... More

A HUGE museum with great activiteis. My son's favorite is the detective area. You first look at famous works of art and try to determine which one is a forgery. Then you look for clues that lead you to a certain book on a bookcase. When you move the book, the whole bookcase opens into a secret forensics lab. There... More

We go at least once a year, always something new, the kids always look forward to it. A must-see if visiting St. Louis w/ kids.
