This is a museum you need to experience for yourself to understand it. I could spend an entire week there and still not get tired of it. There is so much to discover and explore. I'm definitely going back when I get the chance; I spent the majority of the day there and STILL didn't see everything. I loved practically... more

The City Museum is awesome, plain and simple. The entire attraction is like a giant work of art. We were reluctant to go because it was a little pricey considering that most of the attractions in St. Louis are free. But, we were so glad we went! The metal climbing tower outside had to be our favorite part, but my... more

At the very beginning of October, my husband and I surprised our kids with a weekend trip to St. Louis. Our main goal was Six Flags on Saturday, but we wanted to do a little something that Friday as well. I had gotten a couple of recommendations about the City Museum and read good reviews about but was still a... more

We had a great time on our trip to St. Louis but our favorite thing was the City Museum. It's really incredible. There are slides, caves, things to climb, an indoor skate park (without skateboards), tunnels and unbelievable architecture. Our daughters are 7 and 10 and they loved it! more

We loved the City Museum! It is full of secret slides and passages. Definitely wear tennis shoes when you visit. Right now in October, they are opened until 1 am on weekends! We are planning to visit there very soon! Oh, they sell But light and Fat tire to quench your thirst :) more

We took our sons, who are 8 & 10 and our teenage daughter, we all loved it. It might be hard to keep up with smaller children, but elementary age and up it was wonderful. We can't wait to go again! more

We visited City Museum with our 8-year old granddaughter and had so much fun! Forget your typical museum where you walk around only observing. We've been to many hands-on children's museums but here, you climb, crawl and explore...I've never seen anything like it before! Whatever you do, don't miss the cave. It opens up into a whole new world that... more

We were in town for a wedding and stopped by the city museum. I had read plenty of reviews before coming, so I felt like I knew what to expect and overall I think the reviews will lead you in the right direction when trying to decide if it's for you or not. We loved it and will return. In... more

An amazing place to go w/kids. Each time we return, we find new places to explore. And the newly opened rooftop was beautiful. We are always amazed by the creativity of the creators of this place. more

Let me start off by saying I have read every review for the city museum there was. We were visiting st. louis for the weekend with my 3 boys ages 4,7, and 10 and I was looking for something different to do. The price was pretty steep $12 (considering there are a lot of free things to do in st.... more
