This is to be in town around Christmas time. They make it look so wonderful, and it's free. If it's not the holiday season, it's still a nice place to walk around and take pictures of.

We had a picnic last night at Krug park. The pond has been drained to clean it out as it was getting pretty gross. They still haven't updated the area with the old playground equipment near the "castle" area yet. I suggested a wildflower area but doubt that will happen. The picnic tables could have been cleaner but I know... More

This park is gross and dirty. It is reflective of the area!! I wouldn't recommend this park or this city as a visitor stop in.

We take our children to Krug Park and they love it! The park is always clean and well maintained. It also helps that there are plenty of trees for shade and stuff for older children to do. The only downside is the traffic that is constantly driving by (usually super fast). I think it would be beneficial to put in... More

This was my first trip to St. Joe. We went to visit my fiancé's parents and sister. They figured it was something I should see. It was very scenic and beautiful. Great place to go for a long drive and stop and take photos along the way! We actually went back later that week and had a picnic for dinner... More

this park, while great to visit all year round with a large pond where you can feed the geese, long horns and buffalo to see as well as an amphitheater, old castle building with tunnels to drive through and playgrounds for the kids, it is even better during the holiday season. The city crews spend many hours decorating and lighting... More

Krug Park is a classic old city park built back at the very beginning of the 20th century -- very large (160 + acres) buildings with ornate architecture, nice shelter houses, miles of hiking/biking trails, a very small zoo, rose gardens . . . the picture of Victorian opulence. It also presents a problem for city maintenance, in that the... More
