I've been to this arena on many occasions, attending concerts, circuses, home shows and even a rodeo. It's easily accessible from Interstate 70, although it can be reached via the Page Ave extention which is Hwy 354 I think. They handle the traffic orderly both coming and going.Parking is plentiful. The arena is very nice, with clean restrooms that are... More

We attended the Toby Mac concert here. The pace was well staffed and very clean. Even the restrooms were being cleaned during the night and was nice to see. Plenty of concessions available. Parking was close and plentiful.

We went to see 2 progressive rock bands at this venue. The first band was motioning for the audience to stand up and enjoy themselves, so we did. However the security asked us to sit down so those behind us could see. It seemed strange as this wasn't a symphony or jazz orchestra. It was a rock band asking us... More

Went to a concert there for the first time to see the Australian Pink Floyd with Led Zeppelin 2. Much better than some of the other venues in the area due to the smaller size. Only 1/2 of the Arena was used for the concert as the band was set up mid-arena but I understand that some of their concerts... More

I went to Family Arena for the first time this weekend to see a concert and was pleasantly surprised after having read some of the negative reviews. I was with a group of thirteen and our seats were fine, the facilities were clean, the snack bars had fresh offerings and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would seem that... More

Came here for a concert. I loved that it wad not so overly big. Parking was not so bad. I don't know if there is different prices for parking, but we paid $10.00. I don't know if we were lucky with our seats, but we were close to the restrooms and snack bar. I will say that they really need... More

Went there to see Jeff Dunham. We had great seats but my friend got them and was SCALPED big time. 2 tix was over $300. NO WAY for that place. Parking for handicapped is miserable. Getting in if your handicapped is miserable. Was not well thought out in my view. At least it was speedy in the lady's bathroom. It... More

St. Charles has accomplished many great things including the road systems, schools, etc. But, this is not one of their best decisions. In fact, it was a terrible decision. I'm sure county residents will be paying for this arena for years to come. It's not a horrible place; however, it is not located near anything other than a quarry. When... More
