My wife and I are always looking for interesting things to do. Today, we drove down from Spring Hill Kansas to check out this cave, that somehow we had missed, on previous trips to the Ozarks. After a beautiful, scenic drive thru the countryside,we come upon Smallin Cave. My first impression, just pulling in to the parking area, was " I feel... More

Went for a lantern tour and dinner on a Saturday night and I have absolutely no complaints. Living in the ozarks it is great to hear our history! The stories were very interesting and the cave is beautiful!

Great evening, awesome cave that was very accessible. The owners led our tour, they were very knowledgeable & shared a lot of Civil War history, while being very entertaining. We went on a lantern tour which they only do limited dates in October, but I would highly suggest this if you are looking for something different to do. I was... More

We were in the area looking for something to do and saw the billboards advertising the cave. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Great signage to location. Cost was $17 and some change per adult. Was told tour would be at 1pm. Restrooms were clean and gift shop had great educational items for kids and unique items for sale. At 1... More

This is a wonderful place to visit. My husband and I have been there twice. The cave entrance is very large and the walk is not claustrophobic. Very open and comfortable. In the Fall they have a Civil War tour complete with a hot meal cooked over a campfire. The owners/hosts of this cave are very nice. We enjoyed our... More

This is a privately owned cave and the owners have put a lot of work into updating it and making it ready for public tours. Lighting, walkways, etc. Try the Halloween tour, its pretty neat but bring a coat as it gets cooler there, especially at night. My son and I enjoyed it and will return.
