The porter was dark and sweet. Beer cheese cup of soup was creamy, but would have benefitted from additional seasoning. Kale salad comes either large or small. It wasn't too crunchy or too dry. The Scottish toffee pudding bread was more cake-like than dense, the hot caramel sauce was wonderful. All in all, a good meal.

We went to schlafly for a tour this past weekend. The tour is free and very informative. It is only about 40 minutes long and concludes in a tasting room with four different tastings. Everyone is very friendly and the restaurant is also delicious. The best part is obviously the beer. I don't even like beer but they have varieties... More

Stopped by for lunch en route to an event we were atteneding. Our server was great. We ordered a flight of the beers, and he also got us a couple additional pours of types that weren't part of the flight. Decent vareity of lunch options, and everyone in our group of 4 was satisfied with thier choice. Had he pretzels/cheese... More

We stopped by here and had a snack and drinks. My son loved the root beer. The pretzels and cheese dip were awesome! We sat outside which was nice and open.

We had lunch and visited the gift shop (no tour). My friend said the menu had been updated, and she was very pleased. The pizza we shared was delicious - good crust, cheese, toppings. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Went 3 times for a tour and each time was given a different story. But, they definitely want you to dine in their restaurant and buy their beer!

It was a fluke we found this place. We were shopping at Penzeys and the cashier recommended it. So glad she did. Food was fantastic. I had a pretzel encrusted chicken with oatmeal stout glaze. My husband had a brat burger on a pretzel bun, with horseradish mustard sauce. Both were very delicious! Bourbon aged Imperial stout on draft is... More

Headed on down here after doing the big Budweiser brewing tour the day before. Much more intimate tour with a great tour guide inside the heart of their operation. Awesome place to learn about the business and sample some really great American craft beer. This should be on your list of places to come to in St. Louis.

Awesome beers, great tour, and the food was fantastic. Great restaurant scene today with live bluegrass music. We enjoyed a varsity of beers, breads, burgers, pretzels, and pizza. They were all wonderful. I highly recommend you make a special trip to the Schlafly brewery, and stay for some great beers and food!

This is a must-see for any beer fan that happens to be in St. Louis, MO. They brew some great beers - I love their Hefeweizen, Winter ESB, and Pale Ales. Their food is excellent as well. Overall one of the best breweries I've ever visited.
