My wife and I stopped into the Wednesday farmers market on the brewery parking lot. We stopped into the patio to grab a beer and a meal. The beers were good, my wife liked her kale salad and soup, but I was really unimpressed with my burger. The burger is good size, but the bun is super sized such that... More

Schlafly Bottleworks is a St. Louis must. Their existence in the shadow of Busch is a testament to long, hard work and it has paid off. The atmosphere isn't plush, the bar is a bar - louder and a energetic, but the main dining room is better for a family. Benches along the sides tables in the middle. The food... More

Any time I have an opportunity to dine in St. Louis I almost always go to Schlafly Bottleworks. I can't seem to get enough of their hummus with curry crackers. I also love their spring salad with vanilla vinaigrette. If the weather is permitting, I also love to dine in their outdoor patio area. Their beer is phenomenal, too!

Schlafly Bottleworks was recommended to me for lunch by a local bartender. I have to wonder (since I see more than one listed) if I went to the wrong one. He was talking about Cajun variety which was not to be found at this location. Maybe, I was just disappointed due to expectations. The food was good. I had a... More

We went to the brewery a few weekends ago as a getaway for my husband and I. We went to the restaurant and the food was awesome. One of the best hummus I have ever had. The service was above and beyond! Our server was so sweet and the manager also checked on us and showed the true meaning of... More

Went with family to tour the beer factory. Educational and fun. Guide was knowledgable and approachable but not over the top. Tour is free and at the end includes 4 free tastings of their brews at a private bar for the tour group. Make sure you wear close-toed shoes if you want to tour the brewery! Otherwise you just hear... More

The food is a bit different from what you might find in other bar/restaurants and it is consistently good. A variety of fresh brewed beers compliment the menu. Often when we go, there is Blue Grass musicians playing, just for fun and it makes a great atmosphere.

We ate outside. We had a twenty minute wait to get a table on the coveted terrace where we endured a forty minute wait since our waitress "didn't know we were her table" only to be served a middle of the road grilled cheese & a few over priced beers. The atmosphere was loud, local and not impressive. I wouldn't... More

I'm biased as I love Schlafly beer, so take that into consideration. This was my favorite meal of our quick Spring Break trip to St. Louis. I had the pretzel encrusted chicken and mashed potatoes which I just loved! I tried their cider which I had not had before. My friend tried their Vanilla Milk Stout, which was like dessert... More
