This is a very interesting tour whether you're into Hogs or not-----I wasn't. The guide's enthusiasm and dedication was refreshing and contagious. Everyone receives a portable receiver to enable them to hear what is being said by the guide. Our guide took questions at all points and did not seem to mind interruptions. No photos or videoes are allowed inside... More

This tour is awesome. Harley Davidson manufactures the complete motorcycle here. From stamping out gas tanks and other parts, welding the frame, paint, engine and final assembly. You walk the factory floor with forklifts of parts in various stages of assembly wizzing by. You see every step of the process. You get great explanations of jobs throughout the plant, how... More

Very informative and the lady was very knowledgeable. Drooled over the bikes in production and the jobs getting to build and ride brand new Harleys!

This was a free tour, although they also have a more extensive tour for $$. This was really fascinating even though I haven't ridden for years. You are actually watching the workers do their thing as you walk through. You are seeing parts of a motorcycle before it becomes a motorcycle, even just rolls of steel. The tour guide was... More

THE most comprehensive factory tour I've ever been on. I opted for the "Steel Toe" tour. I t cost a few bucks but was well worth it. I have taken the free tour in the past and it was well worth the time. But, the Steel toe tour was much better. An up close and personal tour of the inner... More

If you get a chance to visit this plant, do yourself the favor and go. If you ride or not, they do a great job of showing how these beautiful motorcycles are built, from beginning to end. This is not one of those 'behind the glass' tours, they actually take you on the assembly floor and walk thru the plant.... More

We're not sure of the schedule (with a week until Thanksgiving, I'm not sure about the holiday shut down), but the plant was not operating. Never the less, the tour was interesting to have the process described in the environment. Great to learn, even if your not a rider.

Even if one does not ride a motorcycle, this tour of assembling from the first part to the last was impressive. The tour guide was excellent even though I have forgotten her name. She explained the whole process while she walked us through step by step the process of assembling a Harley Davidson. The tour allowed us to watch as... More

Highly recommend the Steeled Toe Factory tour for everyone - whether or not you own a Harley. And also recommend visiting duing actual work hours. It was fasinating to watch the robotics and see the people at work. Our tour guide, James, was outstanding! The price of the tour is very well worth it.
