Loved our tour of Harley-Davidson's Vehicle and Powertrain Operations today. We decided on the free one hour tour, only because we didn't have an extra hour to spend on the steel toe tour. I'm sure the steel toe tour is awesome, but the free tour was spectacular as well. We wanted to give Mackenzie a shout out for our wonderful... More

A free tour that shows in detail how several models are made in this one factory. Not crowded yesterday and had fun seeing how they're created.

If your in Kansas City for any reason, save time for the factory tour of HD. There are two tours that can be taken. One is the basic tour of about 1 hour. The tour answers a lot of questions you have always wondered about harley motorcycles. They also have a " steel toe tour" that goes further into the... More

I ride a Honda Goldwing, but loved the FREE tour of the Harley production floor. The floor tour takes about an hour and they walk you through EVERY aspect of production.

This tour is a must see for all motorcycle lovers, folks who want to know how things are made, and any one else who has an hour to kill. The plant is a testament as to how manufacturing plants can become clean safe work environments. And it's FREE

I was suprised at how much I really enjoyed this informative tour. I highly recommend anyone to make this a part of their itenerary. Not only was it informative, but also fun. I am very impressed with the company and can see why their product is top HOG.

My daughter and I toured the Harley Davidson motorcycle assembly plant near Kansas City and we had a great time. The tours last about an hour and are very informative. At this facility they assemble the Dynas, Sportsters, and V-rods. During the tour you get to see all the areas of production from building the frame, pressing the fenders and... More

We took the $35 steel toe tour. If you want to see things the other tour doesn't and go places they can't this is the tour 4 you. It is a long walk on concrete for several hours so take the free tour if you don't want to see details. We saw paint, robotic welding & cutting powertrain and final... More

I was heading home and had a free morning before my flight home. The factory is right by the airport so it's an easy stop. The tour costs $35 and is longer and more detailed than the free first come first served morning tours. We went round the factory and even in to the work stations whilst they were building... More
