We were there in August for the Carlos Santana & Rod Stewart concert. We have been to several other concerts there and continue to experience the same issue: acoustics. We left the concert before it finished because of the sound, as did several other people we saw holding their ears as they walked out. Unless it is a concert we... More

Sound quality was poor as Carlos indicated with hands over ears. Only time Carlos sound was clear is when he played with Rod Stewart. The Sprint Center's sound quality has ruined concerts for me in the past. Not likely to return. Santana's show was fantastic at old Sandstone Theater

Very nicely done! Two almost totally separate concerts! Quite a pair and the venue was perfect! Seating and acoustics were definitely up to the task. Good parking, easy to get to, and felt totally secure right up to the point of egress and escape to suburbia with post-event motorists...

This was a great venue. We just saw Justin Timberlake here!! AMAZING SHOW!! The acoustics were great- some large venues the sound seems somewhat muffled and it is hard to hear the lyrics but here seemed clear as a bell! It was also very easy access into and out of the arena. The arena is right across the street from... More

Easy to get to, quick entry inside even when lines look long, and great sound system for concerts. I've attended several live concerts here over the past year, and have always been impressed. If you have floor seats, the security it great about not letting other people crowd up into your rows and they keep the aisle open -- people... More

Loved seeing JT in KC! Tickets even in the nosebleed section were expensive, but if thats what we have to pay to see JT I'll make the climb.

The Sprint Center is a huge arena, so expect long lines and a lot of people. It's too bad they can't figure out how to get people in quicker, but they do have a security check that holds things up. I had no problems picking up my will call window tickets, but I got there a couple hours early. To... More

we went to the Paul McCartney concert. The concert was sold out, over 18000 people, but they didn't open the doors until 7:00, only one hour before the scheduled start time. Of course, the concert didn't start until after 8:30, I assume because so many people weren't in their seats yet. In spite of that, it was a great concert,... More

I attended the Sir Paul McCartney "Out There" tour concert on 7/15/14 and have been to many concerts at Sprint Center. I would normally give Sprint a Center a high rating, however for this concert, they failed. Paying the highest ticket price the Sprint website had available, I chose my seat in my favorite Section near the stage, Section 115... More
