The view from the seats is good. The seats are acceptable. There are cup holders, which is great. It took hours to get our 13,500 people into the stadium due to the security procedures, and lack of staff to man the security devices. They have metal detectors at every door, but I believe the metal detectors are just there to... More

This is a nice place to enjoy a concert. When we got there we waited on a very long, slow moving line to get in. By the time we got in it was 15 minutes after start time & there were still lots & lots of people still on line waiting to get in. They need to start letting people... More

The ticket pick up and getting down to the pit areas was very well organized. Staff was friendly and beverage prices weren't to bad.

Big 12 Basketball Tourney/March Madness. We stayed at the Hilton President Hotel, walked about 3 blocks to the final game at the Sprint Center, then celebrated our team's win with others at an Irish pub, then dinner at the Bristol. KC Power & Light District is fun for all ages and

We attended the Bob Seger concert and dined at the 801 Chop House prior to that. Got down there early and had time to stroll up through the Power & Light District, too. You can enter the Sprint Center from either side, which helps. We went into the Founders' Club in the Sprint Center before and after the concert, which... More

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews of the Sprint Center. We attended a concert here last night and it was great! The one negative thing I do have to say is that we had no cell service inside the arena. Kind of ironic, being the Sprint Center! We were fearful of the traffic and parking, due to... More

Way better than Kemper Arena. Nicer facility and certainly a better neighborhood. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the place in the Power and Light District. If you are bored when you are down there... you aren't doing it right.

I've been to many other arenas/ concert venues but this is by far worst in getting people in/out the door. Besides that, there aren't enough escalators to get people up/down.

this was pretty fun for the grandkids. They did get a little bored 3/4 of the way through it. The accommodations were accessible in Sprint Center but the streets were so crowded because of the big 12 it was difficult to get around. We finally got parked and made it.
