Attended the KC symphony at Helzberg Hall. Amazing venue and marvelous music only dimmed by poor planning for crowds. Even seats three rows from the top are outstanding for sound. However it takes several long sets of steep stairs to reach endless rows with no aisles. Concert attendees seated in the middle are forced to crawl over 30+ people to... More

Lovely atmosphere! My family and I loved watching the KC ballet here! The architecture is gorgeous, and there are no bad seats! Plus ticket prices are very reasonable.

I attended the Symphony at Helzberg Hall a few months back, and the space really does have incredible acoustics. Parking is also a breeze at the underground deck (even with multiple performances on the same night). Beautiful addition to the KC skyline.

The architecture of the Kauffman Center is amazing. If you are visiting on a sunny afternoon, you need sunglasses inside the building because of all the glass facing south offering a tremendous view of the Kansas City Skyline. I go here because I am a Theatre League subscriber. Those performances are always enjoyable, and a better venue no one could... More

My 1st experience at the Kauffman Center & it is amazing. Their performances use a combination of media & real stage . The space appears to be small, but, it becomes a full sized space.Every seat is a great seat. I was, totally satisfied with it - inside & out. Will experience it, again.

I saw the Sydney Opera House when it was new. The Kauffman center has to have been created in its image. Gorgeous! It does honor to the Kansas City Symphony. The acoustics are nothing short of pristine. TIP: ALL seats are great. We actually snagged front row, mezzanine, which was SUPERB.

The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts is a premier attraction in Kansas City. It is home to the outstanding Kansas City Symphony and hosts Broadway shows as well as a wide range of entertainment. There are two performing venues...both outrageously wonderful! No expense was spared. If you love the arts -- check the schedules-- and whether you are vacationing... More

My husband and I and friends went to see the Broadway production, Chicago at Kauffman. I purchased box seats and did not realize it until we were seated. It was wonderful! I don't believe there is a bad seat to see the production. So wonderful, I purchased season tickets for next years Broadway series.

I took my daughter to the Nutcracker over the Christmas holiday and we thought it was the best Nutcracker we have ever seen. Looking forward to it again next year.

Went to the Kauffman Center for one of the orchestra's performances, and was not disappointed. It is elegant yet still comfortable, and a great place to go see music!
