I was there the evening this wonderful venue opened and have been back many times. If you come to Kansas City and don't visit the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts you missed one of the great experiences of this vibrant city. Both performance halls are unique and a true gift for those of us that enjoy the symphony, opera,... More

We went for a symphony, but you need to go there even if there is no event. Just admire the great modern architecture. I normally don't like modern architecture, but this is a work of art.

This is a beautiful performing arts center right in the heart of KC. The shows are great and the center itself is a beautiful sight to see.

This is the greatest place to watch Performing Art. We are season ticket holders and have been and will continue to be.

Every six weeks the center provides a free work of music in the hall. Wow, just to see the place is a treat, then the symphony or quartet or ensemble perform for an hour with a cash bar before and after with those stunning views of the city. Well worth it.

This is a gorgeous new facility with nothing to not like except perhaps some confusion about finding where to go. They have solved that issue by having multiple people stationed throughout the building to guide you, so all goes smoothly. There are two beautiful theaters in the building, both remarkably well-done. The sound is excellent - everything about it is... More

I have enjoyed music, Theater performances, Ballet at the Kaufman Center and love the modern design, quality of sound and the views over the city from there! Wonderful cultural experience every time!

Superb acoustics, No Drunks stumbling over you. My new Favorite arena for any type of show in KC. Parking is excellent as well. My only complaint would be to include more HC slots. Hard to find at times.

Parking is easy. The shows and performances are great!! They have drinks and snacks. The cheap seats are good also. My kiddo will love this next year..

We went to the opening weekend for the Kansas City Symphony. This was our first time in the Kaufman Center and we were blown away. Our seating in the choral section (behind the symphony instruments) was perfect for watching the conductor and gave us a perspective we don't often see. The sound in the hall was fantastic. If there is... More
