Almost like being there - watching the baseball games with 10,000 other people. Plenty of people watching along with the games.

We flew in the Saturday to see Dallas Star vs St Louis Blues exhibition game. After the game we went to the Power & Lights District. It's a... More

The district is ok... just very tourist and very crowded. Had a great mexican dinner and the open courtyard was nice to watch the game but certainly not quiet. Fun place to see and I can now check this off my bucket list.

We were in for the Chiefs game. Stayed at the Hotel Philips, all of 3 blocks away. Tried the Flying Saucer bar, but that was a major disappointment (more like Flying Dishes). Walked past an entry way and spotted a ton of people in what at first seemed like a covered domed section of downtown Kansas. As it turns out,... More

My husband and I were at a concert at the sprint center and walked across the street to Power and Light afterwards. We had so much fun! There are places for anyone and everyone to hang out and have a drink or dance. Our favorite spot was the Shark Bar!

Located across from the Sprint Center, the Power and Light district definitely has a good amount of restaurants and bars to choose from. It is in an outdoor plaza, with a stage on the ground level for music and events. It also had a roof, fans, and heaters present, which is a plus if you are visiting in the spring,... More

It was kind of dead and it was freezing. The heaters should be turned on if the temp dips below a certain number regardless of the time of the year. It was super slow and kind of boring but you could are the place has potential.
