Nice garden to stroll around while waiting for another attraction to open at noon. Took some pictures of plants we may like to have in our yard.

If you like gardens then this is the place for you to spend an hour or two. It's very quiet, manicured and well marked.Good assortment of perennials and annuals in a lovely setting. Relax and enjoy!

We didn't have much time, but will return next year. Beautifully architected buildings and well curated. Exhibits ranged from Egyptian funereal art to entire Victorian sitting rooms.

Gorgeous and so endemic to the culture and tranquility of KC itself. It is such a wonderful, peaceful place, surrounded by beauty.

Large variety of flowers. Liked that it had free peaking and free admission. Didn't like anything. Very well laid out.

We are big fans of botanic gardens in general, and love Powell Gardens southwest of the city, but the Kauffman Garden was a new find this trip. Located just southwest of the Nelson-Atkins Museum, this free small garden is beautiful, with plantings that resemble an ambitious Midwestern backyard garden. Nothing exotic, just nicely designed flowering gardens.
